Basically they sold me a new camper and sent me away only to discover a list of problems, some of which rendered the camper unusable. Its warranty?right? No problem, WRONG!! They put me in line with service ,they made no attempt to quickly resolve the issues , and they just don’t care that they took my money and sent me out with an unusable camper. So Here I sit months after purchasing with nothing to use, waiting on them and Lance. They act like they are doing me a favor for even working on it.
I’m not sure you could find a better dealer but I know you couldn’t find one much worse.

Our first experience with them were wonderful, the day we bought our Class C Motorhome. We bought it at an RV show on the very first day. We were told a For Sale sign would be put on it and doors closed, it was ours. Yet the doors were left open for 4 more days and damage was done. They fixed some of the issues 3 months later. Our table locking mechanism is broken and they said they fixed it. We're so unhappy with them that we took it elsewhere for repairs on a brand new generator that wouldn't run more than 10 minutes or charge the batteries. We've called multiple times wanting to talk with a technician and they refuse to let us speak to one. We now have a working generator, but using just the fridge while on battery power trips the breakers on the inverter box. Even Gulf Stream doesn't know how to fix this problem. STAY FAR AWAY FROM PARRIS RV. WE bought a 100,$ lemon they refuse to fix
