It has been a nightmare dealing with Jayco/Entegra. They have a known issue with their generators overheating leaving us with no air conditioning in the hot summer months. They know it is an issue but continued to put the generator behind the engine in some of their models. It was in NIRVC for repairs numerous times for months and months and still no fix. Jayco/Entegra are horrible to deal with. They have ghosted us and refuse to answer questions about any fix for this problem. Show less

Well where to start. My rv spent more time in the shop in the first year then in my driveway or on a campsite. The quailty there is none this unit must have been put together by first graders. Who ever did the wiring did not know you need to crimp the wires in place. Plumbers or who ever did the water lines did not know that the hose clamps go over the male end of the pipe and not just the female end. The customer service manager is just as bad as the no experience workers in the factory. There moto is we do not make phone calls. I do not know how this company is still in buisness. Show less

We have owned this coach since 2022. We have owned a Monaco Diplomat and Windsor models and also a New mar Dutch star prior. We love the smaller size of this coach without sacrificing Luxury. New mar builds a great high quality product. We like that the overall length while towing our jeeps and toys is shorter. The turning radius is superior to our other coaches. Show less

We have only owned our 2024 Entegra Vision XL 36C for 3 months and taken two 7-9 day trips. Love the floorplan, it is almost perfect for us. Love: King size bed, bath and half, storage (inside and out), CCC, fireplace heater, cabinet above fireplace, electric recliners, 50" Smart TV on lift, electronic control panel and lighting, ice maker in full size fridge, storage in half bath, oven, Farmhouse interior, and comfortable seating in cab. Dislikes: Larger size makes it more challenging to drive/park/get gas, tight with slides in, not full body paint, lack of storage in bedroom wardrobe and kitchen (but panty in kitchen makes up for it), there isn't an electric reel for power cord. My wife and I visited the RV Country traveling show in Sparks, Nevada May 30, 2023. After a salesman showed us a RV, barely getting a chance to look it over, and no test drive, the first salesman requested my drivers license to make a copy, I obliged him. He excused himself, then returned with another salesman, and without my drivers license! He introduced us to him and left us. After awhile again I asked for my drivers license back, so we could leave. He said OK. But, then again, he returned with another salesman and still no drivers license! He introduced us and left! This time it was the head sales team manager. He was relentless! Kept Sweetening the deal! Again, I asked for my drivers license. We told him we were not interested, and I wanted my drivers license back, so we could leave! He clarified the deal was only good that day! He continued to coerce us into making a deal. Regretfully, we agreed to purchase a "brand new" 2023 Jayco Integra Vision 27A, class A gas RV. We paid for it, signed over our trade, and signed the paperwork on May 30th, 2023. They scheduled us for a walk thru delivery three days later, June 3rd, 2023, and then they finally returned my drivers license. Upon delivery on June 3rd, 2023 is when we first learned our "brand new" RV we just purchased wasn't even safe to drive home. They informed us we would have to schedule a follow-up service appointment with the local RV Country service department for repairs. We did, ASAP! We were forced to take delivery that night though! We were left feeling helpless by the RV Country traveling sale team and in possession of a piece of junk, after the traveling team left town. Still! As of today, January 6th, 2024 RV Country is still in possession of our "brand new" 2023 Jayco Integra Vision 27A RV, working on the three page list of safety items and repairs. And in the mean time we are still making $800.00 per month payments. But, cant use it! Jayco and RV Country wont even exchange it for another RV of equal or lesser value without charging us another $50K! We wanted a new RV, not this big headache! We don't recommend a Jayco product, and definitely wont be recommending RV Country, a unethical company to anybody. Try a Winnebago and Camping World, instead! Show less

This RV is great for having a large family. We can sleep 9-10 relatively comfortably. Plenty of storage. AC works great. Fairly easy to drive. It is a bit loud to drive. Set up is easy. The MHSRV dealer in TExas has been difficult to work with in getting warranty work done. Show less

I bought the Motorhome in Oklahoma and I drove it (towing a (Ranger) I enjoyed driving the Motorhome and it did well. The Motorhome is well equipped and I added a Washer and Dryer. I also added the towing gear to the rear of the Motorhome and front of the Ranger. It did a good job of towing the Ranger. Show less

The Pace Arrow Vision by Fleetwood is the top-of-the-line gas coach back in 2000. The 34C floorplan is fantastic because it has multiple sleeping areas, seatbelts for 7, the living room slide out is the perfect size, and the dinette overlooks the patio area so you can keep an eye on the little ones. I also love the driver's door; I would not buy a class A without one. The dual ducted A/C units are designed to run off of 30 amp service, which if fantastic. Show less

I bought this RV new in Sep of this year, 2022. It is actually a 2023 model. Today is Nov 8th and after bringing it home a second time, the issues still exist on the RV side. Just a few things....a computer steering cluster module went out the second time driven. Crossroad Ford did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing, along with a faulty brake . booster. No ladder on the unit, the radio head unit is faulty and needs to be replaced, no call on the shower at all and worst of all, the RV continues to not recognize the parking brake and will not auto level or allow slide to operate. Closest dealer is over 3 hours away. Not a happy camper. In fact I've never even taken it camping as it has been in the shop pretty much from the week after I purchased. Show less

Bought our Entegra Vision 29S Coach 1/2022 from La Mesa RV in Tucson. It was lightly used with 10,000 miles and very clean. My wife and I have put almost 10,000 miles on it this year and are very pleased with our purchase. Nothing is perfect. However, from a value and quality standpoint we would recommend this coach and the dealership to friends and family. Show less
