Disappointed in our shopping experience. We were in the DFW area over Christmas holidays and hoping to narrow down the motorhome that we want to buy. Arrived at the dealership when it opened at 9am. Salesperson greeted us, and we told him which models that we wanted to look at and that we would want to drive one or two of them to help us make a decision. He showed us several models, but kept looking at his phone, as he had an appointment with someone who had prearranged to come in and look at one of the motorhomes. I was very understanding that he had a prearranged appointment, but he kept telling us he would be right with us. We even left for a bit and grabbed lunch and then came back. The NIRVC owner even walked right by us, and said hi, but didn't stop and offer to find someone else to help us while we were just sitting in the lobby. We would have been happy to have anyone at the facility to take us for a test drive. Finally at about 3pm, we gave up and left. Still interested in possibly doing business with NIRVC, but this experience left me questioning whether they really offer a different experience than any other dealer, as they say they do in all of their Youtube videos, etc. And since we live in North Dakota, not sure if they will be the most convenient place to finish our research and possibly buy.
