My husband and I made a terrible mistake buying a motorhome from Motorhome Specialists of Alvarado Texas. We bought a Bounder 35K. Brand new. It had all kinds of problems with the dash shaking until it sounds like it will be left in the street. Screws out. Vent leaks. Wall bows and is unsecured in bedroom. Shade fell. Mirrors won’t adjust correctly. Motor is so so loud you can’t talk. And along with the dash violently shaking you can forget a nice vacay. Stressful!!! It is terrible and then we went took to Motorhome Specialist service department and we ended up owing $2000 even though it is less than a year old and under factory warranty. Their answer to the dash was Velcro. Nothing is fixed but the shade and they serviced the motor and generator, we think. This place is full of lies. Don’t buy from them ever unless you want to fix everything yourselves!!!! Show less
