Well where to start. My rv spent more time in the shop in the first year then in my driveway or on a campsite. The quailty there is none this unit must have been put together by first graders. Who ever did the wiring did not know you need to crimp the wires in place. Plumbers or who ever did the water lines did not know that the hose clamps go over the male end of the pipe and not just the female end. The customer service manager is just as bad as the no experience workers in the factory. There moto is we do not make phone calls. I do not know how this company is still in buisness. Show less

I am the second owner of my unit. Having owned several RVs am satisfied with the fit and finish of the 2019 DRV product. It is unlikely that I would buy a model newer than mine. A change in ownership has led the DRV corporate mindset away from providing their customers a quality product relative to the premium price they demand. This is based on my conversations with other DRV owners. I have lived by myself full time in mine for nearly three years now. I can honestly say I'm a proud owner. These units require upkeep. I would budget $3,000 to $4,000 a year in routine maintenance. To all potential buyers, you cannot neglect the care of your coach. They need TLC. If you take good care of your DRV it will take care of you. I have had only a few interactions with DRV support. With that said, whenever I am in need of a part or have a question concerning a repair, I have been very pleased at the timeliness and professionalism of their team members. Show less

The overall construction so far is above most RV ‘s that I’ve owned. However this is a 2024 model and they have put a stereo system in it that has no remote so you must get up to change the sound for the tv surround sound in a cabinet that is 6’5” from the floor. Needless to say my wife is barely 5’tall. I’ve spoken with everyone I can at DRV to no avail . The simple fix is $110 from another source to have a tv sound as it should be in the current century. It was love at first site! We quickly felt the solid security this RV has with the quality of the craftsmanship. My only drawback was the accessibility of the high cabinets because I'm very short. So I simply made sure there was always a small folding step stool inside the RV for me to use. I would highly recommend a 2016 DRV MOBILE SUITES 36rssb3 because of its comfort inside, it's appearance inside and out and last but not least is because towing and setup are made easy. Three things this RV has that we're NOT on my "must have list" are the dishwasher, the washer and dryer and the Sleep number bed. Guess what will always be on my new "must have list"! Show less

We have been FullTiming since 2003 and finally had to go off the road. It’s been a wonderful life and we’ve made a lot of great friends. We started in a Teton then upgraded to a 2010 Mobile Suites and finally this 2017 Mobile Suites. We special ordered it so it has a lot of extras and we were lucky enough to be where we went to the factory every day as it was being built and checked everything out. It is a great unit and we hate selling it but it’s time. Show less

I moved into my unit not anticipating to live in it more than 1 year. Life circumstances happened and I decided to stay living in it. It’s been 8 years of full time RV life and I was very comfortable. This unit is a 4 season rig and a pre Thor build. Outside of normal maintenance, it’s been a great rig. DRV has been good about responding when I needed them. I went back to a sticks and brick home to be closer to my kids; and the unit is currently for sale. It’s in great shape! Show less

To be fair I love the look, the layout and the amount of storage inside and out and these don't come cheap in price so you would expect that everything you can't see would be also. I've had mine 9-months and it's been out only four times and it goes straight back to the rv repair shop where it's been ever since I bought it. Every trip It has a new list of repairs. Simple things like crown molding falling of to the ground on three occasions to black tank pipe strapped up to tight and splitting open flooding the underbelly cover with sewage all the way to the front of the trailer. Refrigerator sent out not working from factory, made 4 attempts to repair it spending more than it was worth so frustrated with taking it in I just paid for a new one myself. Let out a full sink of dish water only to look down as the water ran to all four corners of the floor turns out the pool hose that was used as a drain line was held on to the hard line pvc pipe with dollar store duct tape instead of a hose clamp and it popped off. Thr bedroom pop out seal was ripped on delivery so much so i could see outside no problem. Counter top wood splt on two counters. Paneling popping off walls. Trim falling off. Cabinet bottom fell in. Two rouge screws up through floor. Base boards popping off. Ceiling puck lights wired up wrong so when you turn off the kitchen lights the ceiling lights would go on. Electric toilet flush lasted two and ahalf trips. Gray tank flush valve leaks. Shower doors installed wrong so water would spray through the overlaps on the floor so on our way home the handle/ lock broke off. I'm so tired of trying to get DRV to help i just went and had a custom shower door installed on my dime.This is just the big stuff. DRV has never once said sorry and when the one and only time they just reached out when they saw my bad reviews I was told they would repay for the new shower door for all my grief just send them the receipt the next day I got an email saying they refused my request for reimbursement because I didn't fallow warranty protocol. True story Show less

I bought this RV new in Sep of this year, 2022. It is actually a 2023 model. Today is Nov 8th and after bringing it home a second time, the issues still exist on the RV side. Just a few things....a computer steering cluster module went out the second time driven. Crossroad Ford did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing, along with a faulty brake . booster. No ladder on the unit, the radio head unit is faulty and needs to be replaced, no call on the shower at all and worst of all, the RV continues to not recognize the parking brake and will not auto level or allow slide to operate. Closest dealer is over 3 hours away. Not a happy camper. In fact I've never even taken it camping as it has been in the shop pretty much from the week after I purchased. Show less

Comparing my N-L camper to my previous arctic fox 1160 is like comparing a Yugo to a Tesla. The only things the A/F had that the N/L didn't is a black tank flush and larger tanks. The A/F literally spread apart underneath when the tiny badly welded cross braces broke and pulled out the tiny wood screws. I am in the process of rebuilding it so I can sell it with a clean conscience. My only other complaint is the wasted space around the batteries which I discovered during my Victron 2kw inverter install. I added an inspection door for easy access and ventilation for the inverter right next to the solar panel display. I have owned and lived in 5 different Rv's in my 63 years and the N/L is far and away the highest quality I have seen and that includes a 25' Airstream. Show less

I have owned this motorhome since I bought it new in 2019. I have driven it from Seattle to Disney World, and to the national parks of Utah, Colorado, Wyoming and Montana and many places in between. I have 37k miles on it and have lived in it since shortly after I bought it. As far as manufacturing and assembly, all the important pieces work well except for the refrigerator. When it was a few months old, we had a torrential rainstorm in Salt Lake City and the refrigerator outside panel was not installed properly. As a result water poured into the refrigerator workings and it was damaged. After warranty repair, it works acceptably but ice cream will get a little soft in very hot weather. Other than that, a few small trim pieces in the coach were not installed correctly. I have had no other issues with the generator, the furnace, the two wonderful air conditioners, and the three TV's which are Furion. They have excellent pictures and one is very large. I tow a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk behind it and it does fine. I have had no suspension work on it and I find it very controllable. The only time I get white knuckles is when I am going over a narrow bridge with opposing traffic. The motorhome is wider than some of the lanes on county roads and it is tight on some state highways. I read about people who have all kinds of trouble but I think it is just like buying anything, some people are not lucky, and some people are. I replaced the king mattress that came with it with a memory cell mattress, and I sleep very well in it. I have two big dogs, and they have plenty of room to stretch out. I love my FR3 and it works great as a home I can go almost anywhere in. I would highly recommend it for its relatively low price and its reliability, as well as its comfort. Show less
