Our motorhome is a great design of a unit. Driverside slideout is about 22 feet. Enlarging the coach all the way. Even with the slide in you can use the master bed. Trying to get this unit fixed, it has never been totally fixed. The dealership sales were great, service could or just did not care to fix anything! 17vitems were needing repair, we were told only 7 at a time and it takes 6 months for each service visit. Promised back date never correct. We had a failure and were stuck, too bad, it will take a month for an appointment and no guarantee when fix would be complete.. We had 2 units, a 2017 and 2018 neither were fixed even when we showed the issues very clearly to the technician. He failed to understand, even with signs and we showed in person, no resolution. Horrible experience. I have had motorhomes and many vehicles, never had the issues we had . Still after 4 years of many service appointments original issues are still there, going in yet again. This time to another service place

I am very unpleasant treated as I was looking for a bigger Unit I was going through a total number of 3 men's in one place all with from 1 till ten technique. It's a hell of a unit, 2015 Sunstar n 27 for 100k By 44k miles, the same team goes for 60k away and an even newer version with fewer miles like 2000... My unit was as a down payment offer was 20k but run about 35k on napa, and even some dealers sell it for 60k with 99999k miles. I was very friendly to the salespeople, but my point of being with a unit of 15 years bound what cost 108k in the long run and to know that there is no assistance with any repair was very unpleasant. The pressure of the salespeople on my person was so high that I felt like not getting out. I tried to see other units with a newer version, but they nailed me on the Rv. This technique should not be authorized.15years to put someone in a contract with an rv that is only 50k worth and to end up with 108k payment is 700 a month. Is crazy I had not even a chance to see other units or comparison with other valuable.

We bought a 2021 36bh . A beautiful machine but really is a piece of junk .when it was delivered it had the back hitch almost ripped off by the idiot who drove from Indiana to ca . Also both front stability shocks were missing . The inside was a series of rips and dents that is really do to just poor workmanship and poor quality control . I would be embarrassed to produce a product like this . We are still working through all the warranty issues and I must say that Mike Thompson’s have really taken care of us . Just seems such a shame that almost half of our first year is spent with things getting fixed that came this way from the manufacturer .
