Pros: The floor plan is why I love it. It has that long couch with plenty of seating for a large family and sleeps 4 in back with a small dinette for them to play board games or do school work or play Legos. Plenty of indoor storage. 4 season. Cons: #1 - it tows TERRIBLE despite sway bars and repositioning cargo. Cracking a window was only thing that made negligible difference. No cross breeze in bedroom, I have now learned that I will never choose another RV of any sort without cross ventilation in the bedrooms. Couch material is subpar and quickly deteriorates. Only one outdoor storage. Fridge is 12V so not a good boondocking camper. LED lights on awning quickly went out. Outdoor kitchen, to use it, you need a stepstool. Grill being on opposite end of kitchen is a pain. Batteries run fridge and lights but not any outlets so boondocking again, not a thing if you need like a cpap machine unless you get a power bank or generator of sorts. We have enjoyed it despite any cons. Show less

So, I purchased this trailer in August of 2021. It was absolutely what my wife and I were looking for. The floor plan was perfect! After about three years we noticed a hump on the floor near the slide. After some investigation, we found that the elbow on the outdoor shower was leaking. I fixed it myself and forgot about it. In 2025, the floor got much worse. After pealing the whole living room floor back, I found that it was ruined. Please note that I found this two months after the warranty ran out…. So I reluctantly replaced the floor myself. It took two months to dry out as it was very extensive. After completion I was very happy with the work I put into it. That is until now… it is now 2026. I just found it is still leaking near and around the slide. $40,000 for a pile of junk??? I have had many rv’s. Including trailers, motorhomes and campers. This, by far, is the WORSt tv I have ever purchased, new or used. Show less

What a beauty of a camper. This one is like new. Their log book shows only 6700 miles Large rear windows for a great view. Theater seating , plenty of storage inside & out. The solar system allows for extended remote camping & balances well with plenty of fresh water storage&!gray/black holding. A well thought out w/great ground clearance & easy safe tow package. I had to ask why they are selling? Sadly there are medical issues w/the spouse that are stopping their camping adventures. Show less

Well where to start. My rv spent more time in the shop in the first year then in my driveway or on a campsite. The quailty there is none this unit must have been put together by first graders. Who ever did the wiring did not know you need to crimp the wires in place. Plumbers or who ever did the water lines did not know that the hose clamps go over the male end of the pipe and not just the female end. The customer service manager is just as bad as the no experience workers in the factory. There moto is we do not make phone calls. I do not know how this company is still in buisness. Show less

Bought brand new in 2024. Worst possible quality. Starcraft should be ashamed. Refrigerator has failed twice. Wall came apart. Debris plugged water pipe. Green ground wire not terminated. Toilet flap failed to close flooding the RV. Piping under the tub leaked. Shower head broke off first time it was used. Construction debris in every cabinet, around water heater and under bunks. Water pipe to outside tap kinked instead of elbow so water wouldn't flow. Not a complete list! Do not buy StarCraft! Show less

I purchased my 2019 Highland Ridge RV Mesa Ridge Lite MR2802BH brand new from the dealership, and I specifically sought out this floor plan after doing a lot of research. As someone who was actively competing in triathlons and frequently traveling from city to city, I needed something comfortable, practical, and family-friendly. Hotels quickly got expensive and didn’t always offer the flexibility or convenience I needed, this trailer was the perfect solution. What immediately drew me to this model was the floor plan. It has two full-size bunks and a dinette that converts into a bed, which made it ideal for traveling with kids. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep without feeling cramped. One of my favorite features is the two exterior doors. The main entry and a separate door that leads directly into the bathroom were a game-changer. If you're familiar with the triathlon lifestyle, you know mornings start early with training sessions and prep work. Having that secondary bathroom door meant I could come back and clean up without waking the kids who were still asleep inside. There’s also an outdoor shower, nothing fancy, but incredibly useful. I could rinse off after a run, bike, or swim without dragging sweat and gear through the trailer. Combine that with the outdoor kitchen and mini fridge, and it created a great setup where I didn’t even need to go inside unless I had to. Everything I needed was right there outside. From a towing standpoint, this trailer is considered lightweight. It tows at a dry weight of 5765 lbs and tracks really well. I had no issues hauling it between events or campgrounds. The thermal package also helped maintain a comfortable interior temperature whether we were dealing with summer heat or chilly mornings. Overall, the Mesa Ridge Lite MR2802BH checked every box for me. It’s functional, well-designed, and thoughtfully laid out for anyone who travels with kids or lives a more active, on-the-go lifestyle. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for something versatile, family-friendly, and easy to manage on the road. Show less

Have used this RV for 3.5 years. It is spacious with higher ceilings for taller people. .There have been no problems with this RV and it’s very comfortable to stay in with very low maintenance needed. Plenty of storage throughout the inside and outside. The floor plan is ideal for privacy between the bedroom and family room and functions quite well. Truly a home away from home. Show less

Recently got a 26 BHS autumn ridge. Have made five trips in it and haven’t had any issues yet. Really nice appliances and everything seems to work well. We got the lithium battery upgrade and it was well worth the extra money. Trailer tows well behind my 2020 F-150 2.7 ecoboost even up steep grades here in Northern California. Show less

Small and light enough to tow with just about any SUV but roomy enough to not feel cramped! Love these Outfitters, slides make even more room!! Inexpensive to buy yet it feels like we paid more. The electric awning, slide and jack are great and make set-up a breeze. The a/c is ice cold, the shower is very roomy and lot's of cabinets for storage. Show less

Bought a brand-new Highland Ridge Mesa Ridge 5th wheel 1 year ago. at Camping World San Diego. Black tank handles broke, spongy floor issues persist. Poor quality for the price. Disappointed with durability and craftsmanship in such a short time. Wouldn’t recommend. Show less
