Stephanie is an amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure our toy would fit in the toy hauler. Unfortunately, it did not fit, but she reached out to the manufacturer, also provide me an my family other affordable options. Their prices were lower then several other competitors in the same are. Sales department has is down smooth quick and easy, but beware once the sale is made the service support is poor, at its best. They fix minor stuff but ignore the major. It does take months to get anything done. Getting the right part seems almost impossible. Show less

Newer Redwood dealer. Trailer had loose interior trim when we first viewed. This should have been a sign to "stay away". Salesman was more concerned with sharing his success than helping us make a good decision. After sales support/contact has been non-existent. Not impressed. Show less
