The phone call was recorded and four other people heard the conversation because it was on speaker phone and Corporate from Forest River heard it too. Needless to say we had to get a lawyer and the camper went back to the factory to get all the repairs done. Slide out, delamination water in the underbelly over $60K worth of work to correct things.
