The fuse is not blown , the door for the outside kitchen is warped and won’t latch the refuse to replace it, the outside kitchen sink had a water line leaking it came thru and warped the inside paneling it loots awful they won’t fix that. In my opinion the venture rv line are junk and zero warranty. Run from this brand I gave a 1 rating because I could not give a zero

The Travel trailer has held up very well over the last 5 years that Ive owned it. Im the 2nd owner and very pleased with the overall quality and ease of hooking it up to my Toyota sequoia. The trailer is constructed with aluminum framing, so it is ultra lite. The floorplan, which included a Dinette, was replaced with two swivel rocker recliners because the dinette's comfort while watching TV or reading was not comfortable. The glass shower is exceptional so I don't have to mess with a shower curtain. The slide- out and awning function perfectly, and the RV will come with a gas grill and mounting for ease of use.

Overall look and feel is good. Plenty of room in kitchen and living area. Bathroom has largest area of any we have owned. Mom n pops sinks and large shower, Large storage closet that is plumbed for washer dryer hookups. Advertised as a luxury model but comes up a little short on that statement. No outside ladder, no roof vent covers and pass thru storge is limited by the TV lift. I modified by cutting right side panel in half and put a 1/4 ply on back of lifter area to get more storage in this area. Something that could of done at the factor very easily. The left side pass thru area has a 5th wheel style plumbing and black tank flush station that takes 3/4th of the area. There is no vent fan for the kitchen the roof vent that is in this area we are adding a fan too. Materials are typical rv type but not luxury by no means. Biggest complaints had to do with Fun Town RVs service. his was a brand new unit and had multiple issues on and after delivery. Making an appointment was more like... your gonna have to wait till we have room on the lot and took 2 months to get into service and another 6 weeks to get parts. Issues found: 1. Main AC vents not sealed and blowing back out of return area. Their fix- a little metal duct tape. I had to remove all ductwork and made a new plenum that blocks off the air dump on bottom of unit. On inspection after removing factory ducting found one of the main plenums to the overhead ductwork was collapsed. Bedroom a/c unit has no thermostat and the fam runs continuous and is extremely noisy. 2. Dining table had separation crack in the joint of the wood. 3. TV lift jack screw was bent and binding. 4. Wall outlets not secured to wall and would pull out when unplugging device. 5 Refrigerator mounting at the top broke loose on a long trip. NOTE: this is a 12v refrigerator and has a lot of room, very nice. In general this is a nice unit after repairs and mods done. I would not recommend Funtime RV of Corsicana and their service dept in Rockwall TX. Did not get a proper walk thru and explanation of operations and features. Service was practically non existent and in the process went thru 3 different service advisors. This is an OK unit but I wouldn't call it a luxury travel trailer.

Here we have a 37’, a front bedroom, but, wait, no room for a queen size bed, only the short queen; kitchen lights over the sink where you have to walk all the way to the panel to turn off; the crappiest cheap fan in the bathroom; absolutely no outlets in the main living room slideout; an outdated soundbar; only one(!) a/c vent in the bedroom, making the noisiest secondary a/c unit you ever heard a necessity; useless tiny bathroom sink; cheap(extra cheap) faucets; my 2018 rv had frameless windows, nope not on this 2021; no rear ladder for rooftop access(unless you spend$$); cable and sewer connections placed so as to require extensions; a kitchen with a beautiful cooktop, but no oven(a microwave only is standard, even though every ad shows a convection oven; outlets placed to be in the most inconvenient spot possible.

Loved the Lacrosse floorplans, so when we looked for a full-time living rv, we chose the bunk model, so we could turn the bunk room into an office/laundry/storage room. After spending some time in it, these are the glaring, poorly designed issues: 1.Seriously, a luxury rv that cannot fit a queen size bed? A short queen, yes, but I’m 6’3 and it’s just stupid design. 2. Seriously, go to the panel to turn off the over kitchen sink lights, then go back to the panel to turn off the lights? A switched light would make too much sense. 3. Seriously, you need to take the refer door off to remove the glass refer shelves. 4. No power anywhere on any of the 3 slideouts. 4. My 2018 had frameless windows, this has the sold old technology , trouble prone framed windows. 5. Very poorly designed, inefficient and noisy ducted roof a/c . Only one duct in the bedroom and one in the bunkroom. 6.no roof ladder. 7. All the water hose and tv cable connections are at the front of the rv, which means extensions for all those.

Definitely not something one would expect from a brand new RV. I get this RV traveled from Indiana and probably during conditions that there was road salt but these brand new jacks will not last long in the condition they are in. Contact Ember with photos and request warranty replacement. Was told they would only replace if I took the RV back to the same dealer that neglected to wash the road salt off and let me leave with it in this condition. Not to mention having to drive 320 miles twice to return the RV. I’m a ASE mechanic and way more qualified to make this repair myself. I’ve had multiple RVs and have never had any issues with the manufacturer sending warranty replacement parts to me and I made my own repairs. Will never do business with Ember and will let everyone know about my issues with Ember.
