Don't walk. RUN! The customer service has been nothing short of horrific! It took months to get the vehicle registered. No one returns calls, EVER! They changed the terms of my deal after I had flown in to pick up my RV. I should have just flown back home then, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Once I finally got the registration, it shows they overcharged me by almost $2500! Of course, no one has called me back. I am reporting them to the Attorney General in the State of Florida for deceptive trade practices and profiting on the sales tax charged. Show less

Purchased a 2023 Thor Tellaro 20L-T-L from La Mesa RV Port St Lucie a little over 30-days ago. Two days after driving off the lot experienced a Check Engine Light which the Sales Rep treated as no big deal! A week later experienced a engine shutdown while driving on the highway and since then, three more shutdowns and a roof leak, all within the first 30 days! Van is currently inoperable and sitting at a Dodge Dealer as they continue to troubleshoot the problems. Dealer discovered 35 stored error codes and water coming from the windshield camera system with water running down the inside of the windshield and pooling on the top of the dashboard. The Sales Rep continues to treat this as no big deal and suggesting that I work it out! La Mesa appears to be ignoring the serious nature of what I am dealing with as management has not called to discuss after repeated requests. In addition, I emailed customer service and so far, "crickets"! Show less

This dealership was very sales proactive. When we arrived to look at the RV we were told it had a broken windshield but they would get it replaced at our home. 3 months later they never call they never respond to my inquiries. I guess once they make the sale that's all they really care about. Obviously I would not use them for a dealership in the future. Show less

They don't honor any warranty on your new RV because they can't rip you off on the warrantied parts. Once you've purchased your RV La Mesa want's no part of you after the sale is made. I would suggest you find a reputable dealership that's not La Mesa. Show less

Unethical salesmanship and it cost us a fortune!!! Over a month now since we're running after our money. We are a couple working remotely in Florida. We are also traveling a lot so we needed an RV with a good AC capabilities. We went through on 3 different salesperson and we were introduced the Lithium battery option and the generator powered class b. We wanted something running 8-10 hrs without power hookup. We tried the generator ones but they we r e too loud and we tried the battery pack ones. Obviously the battery was the winner but the sales people told us it'll run only for 4-6 hrs. Which me and my wife were ok with . We made the purchase and on the orientation day the guy while doing the walk-around he told us, basically laughed at us that these Class bs are maybe only maybe can do 2 hrs on battery!!!. We immediately canceled the sales and salesman Salty came along and offerd to fix the problem with covering the cost of extra battery and labor if we take the RV we picked. We added to the due bill. We at that point already broke our apartment lease and we needed the rv on that day. Since that almost 2 months passed and we learned that the Roadtrack Zion we purchased the battery only lasts for 30 mins and adding the extra battery can maybe increase the ac life up to 1 hrs. Maybe... We are going back and forth with the manager Andrew Lawson to fix the problem or to give us another RV with a generator but basically we're getting cold shoulder for everyone. Not answering to our calls anymore and refusing to help us. I'm utterly speechless, especially seeing that most of the people had good experience. Guys, this is a 6 figure mistake and we are getting absolutely no help whatsoever. We have to travel back to Port Saint Luci every single if we want to get an update because no one deals with us. They put us on hold and after 10-15 min wait I just give up. We love our Class B but LA Mesa and their scammy salesmans are screwed us over big time. Show less

Just purchased a Tiffin Allegro Open Road from LaMesa RV in Port St Lucie. Our sales person was Ellis, and I can’t say enough good things about him. Ellis is friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable about camping and RVing and best of all, he does not pressure for you to buy. As our coach had just been brought in as a used purchase, there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. Ellis assured us they would be fixed prior to delivery, and they were. Bob handled our walk through and orientation. Super nice guy, and extremely knowledgeable as well. Bob took the time to explain every aspect of the coach, and is very good at what he does. The office people handled everything quickly and efficiently with regard to financing and all the necessary paperwork. Overall, it was a great shopping and purchasing experience, and Ellis and Bob were the icing on cake. If you’re thinking about buying an RV, I’d give Ellis a call at LaMesa. My wife and I picked up our RV on Saturday. Although it was a long day, I want to recognize two people especially who went above and beyond. Our sales rep Nick H was calm, cool and collected during the entire sales process. No hard sell, just answered our questions and gave us room to think. It was a complicated process with our trade in and the fact we were CDN customers. We weren’t 100% confident about our trade decision early on. Nick walked us thru everything with kindness and a real caring attitude that was genuine. I’ve been around sales reps my entire life including sales management, sales training and business ownership. Nick is a PRO. I also want to give kudos to our delivery walk thru rep Bob W. Bob made taking delivery an absolute treat. Every question answered completely, simply and in layman’s terms. His sense of humour made a long day real fun! Finally, the Admin team at Port St Lucie was outstanding!! We had a bunch of wrinkles they don’t deal with every day and they solved everything smoothly and quickly.
