We had a Winnebago View for several years but switched to a 2025 Entegra Qwest SE 24R due to its warranty and affordability. We are very pleased with it except for one thing. The gray tank is so small we are constantly dumping every couple of days when we stay at RV parks. And when we stay at state parks with no sewer connections you have to unhook and drive the RV to a dump station which is a Royal PIA. Here’s a quick fix for future models. Most people don’t boondock and yet most RV are designed to accommodate boondocking. Stop making the fresh water tank larger than the grey water tank! I travel with many rv groups and almost none of my friends ever boondock. But we do stay in state and national parks all the time. Most of us never even use our fresh water tanks. I’d be afraid to use it thinking it might have tons of bacteria in there since it’s never used. So the fresh water tank takes up way more room and it not being used. Please start designing your RVs for the way people use them and stop catering to the small minority of people who boondock.

We have worked with the dealership and Jayco for the last year to fix our slide, chairs, mattress and sony screen. To date nothing has been resolved. We get the same old run around from both.

Recently purchased a 2023 Jayco redhawk se 27nf. It was one of the last 2023 models on the lot. My wife and I preferred a Floorplan without slides. Also one of my priorities is for outside storage. This Floorplan is one of the few class c models with a large pass-through storage compartment. We have had it out on trips twice now. The first was a short trip to a local Koa. The second was a trip of approximately 600 miles and 4 nights. My list of problems is very short. The dealer ,Bluecompass, has scheduled an appointment to get these things fixed.

We like the layout - compact and functional. It tows nicely. However, it leaks everywhere! The exterior seam on the front from roof to wall leaks - very poor caulk used cracked and leaked. The AC unit leaks when it rains - not a rain leak a condensate leak. The furnace went out the first use. The toilet leaks randomly. Trim pieces were missing throughout. The holes in the exterior are ridiculous - nothing caulked allowing rodents inside. I had to use 1/2 dozen brillo pads and 3 tubes of caulk to seal up the exterior where plumbing, wiring, poor installation beneath the unit were not sealed. The entry door key locks both broke within 9 months. I cant afford to deliver it to the warranty dept and wait for 9 months so I'm screwed.

Then, take first shower and noticed water runs right over the edge and on the floor…and gulf stream knows it and will not fix it. I extremely warn “Beware “ of Gulf Stream products!! It will be a fight with them to do anything. I wish the owners of Gulf Stream (Shea Brothers) would acknowledge the poor manufacturing of there product and stand behind it. But why should they their making money on a inferior product.

She then called dealership, sided with them and called me said spoke with service no problem found, I beg to differ, but was told this is the way this works and thank you for contacting us. I still have lt. rear brake I do not trust and as for the bulging panel in bath dealership says nothing behind panel to a fix to. They got our $30.000, thats all they wanted, and thats not helping me.
