Don’t walk, run!! Sales did their job and then it goes to service for make ready. Horrible… Then it goes in for service because Keystone isn’t great either. Literally had to drive to the shop to talk to a person nearly every time. No one answers, leave multiple messages with no return call ever… Gerald is the only one there worth killing in the whole department. The “service” manager is the most unprofessional, liar I’ve ever met and it shows in the performance and attitude in the employees. Kept my brand new unit for over 5 months and the work was, at best, sub par. Customer service and communication is not even an option with these folks. You are better off paying a reliable shop than taking anything here, even for warranty work. Show less
