Holiday World of Willis TX is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. They overcharge you for terrible repairs and service. They refuse to provide any customer service. I spent nearly $2000 at Holiday World Willis TX have my travel trailer roof "cleaned and sealed" and to have my slide cables "lubricated". They made an absolute mess of my trailer then they just argue with you and "pass you up the food chain" until you just give up. See my yelp review for the after pictures. Absolutely horrible. I will have to redo everything they did to my RV. Do not take your RV here for service. As one review says, "Run, don't walk" away from Holiday World Willis TX. Service advisor doesn;'t care, passes you to service manager in training who in turn passes you to service manager Tristin Peay who then passes you "up the food chain". Be warned! This service departemtn does the worst work I've ever seen and I'm 68 years old! RUN!! Show less
