Bought camper with 5 yr extended warranty in 2019, sold it in 2021, went to get refund for what remained on my warranty and all I get is excuses. Its been 9 months and still no refund. Worst customer service around, would not purchase anything from this dealer again. Next step is to get an attorney and sue. Show less

My wife and I purchased a travel trailer from them in September of 2019 and purchased an extended warranty.We had a couple of service issues which were resolved but we decided to sell the camper in 2020. I contacted them to cancel the extended warranty and waited several weeks for a refund. After contacting the actual warranty company we were told that we didn't have an extended warranty because they had not sent the $2678 we paid to the company who sells the actual warranty. I've been trying to get a refund and keep getting the runaround. Filed fraud and theft charges against them on February 23 with the sheriff's office after talking to the Attorney General and county prosecutors office. Show less
