The worst experience with purchasing an RV I’ve ever had. Everything seemed fine at first but once I arrived for our walkthrough to pick up our new RV, the wallpaper was peeling off the cabinetry and the tech had no idea how anything worked…it took him 30 minutes to figure out that the hot water ram off propane. The salesperson, Rob, seemed nice at first but then began speaking to us in an extremely condescending manner after the sale went through. I highly recommend going elsewhere. I chose this location because of the hood reviews but unfortunately I never had that positive experience.

This dealership must get their friends to write reviews because they are awful. We have been trying to get things on our brand new 5th for over a year. Nothing we have taken to them has been fixed. Now we do not have a refrigerator in our fifth wheel. They took it out on a recall. That was over a month ago. It takes me a whole day to go take the trsiler to them and get back home. Gas prices cost me big them they are charging me $300 just for taking it out.My lights flecker giving me and my husband headaches. This has gotten to be the worst situation I have ever experienced. I now hate this trailer cant enjoy a trip ìn it. The most expensive flop ever and Hanner doesnt care that they sold us a flop. They just want to make the sale, then your on your own dime. Worse experience at a dealer ever. Bought a trailer, took in our list of things wrong, they said nothing was wrong. The slides are messing up the floor when you slide them in and out, they said there was a rock did it but wasn't there now, it came back from them with another gash, but no rock there. Two years and we still can't get them to fix it. . We bought our trailers before from Big Country, their service department was fantastic. Now Hanners is horrible, I will never buy another one from them. We had an inspection done by them and they drained the hot water heater then turned it on and burnt out the coil, but this wasn't their fault, just like nothing was wrong on anything on our list. Clint will say he will call to check on something for you on an order or coverage and never does. Call back in a couple weeks to find out about your problem or order and he hasn't even called. This place makes a bad name for RV places.

So I went in and looked at a few travel trailers, and after looking decided on a 2022 jayco. Since I have just moved to the area I have not fully acclimated to the area. I explained this to the salesperson and sales manager when he came in. I technically still have a job but in another state and haven't worked there in over 30 days. I told them all this up front so there wouldn't be a problem later. Sales manager says "can you prove some kind of income in the last 30 days"? I said yes I would have paystubs since my period was biweekly. So I contacted employer and they sent last 3 stubs. Last was for February 14 but I had only worked one day during that pay period. But I gave 2 other stubs. During this they told me the bank would also need 20%down rather than the quoted 10%. I told them that wasn't a problem. Also was told it would be for 6 less year term and my payments would be roughly $150 per month more. Or I would have the option to go with another bank they thought would be better ( why go with the better option last). We agreed to go with first bank because the later would drop term to 6 months but that would increase payments significantly. Then I get the call that I was denied because my income didn't match. The main thing I brought to their attention before running and drop my score significantly (not to mention waiting to send to another institution to hit it again). When salesperson and sales manager got on phone he said " how am I supposed to know you worked part time" Duh....because I told you I haven't worked with them in the last 30 days. But when I worked (pre 30 day required proof) my income was where my application said. But he said it doesn't match in the last 30 days. I said common sense says if you don't work in 30 days your income will drop! But I reminded him I told him about it and he said just show " some kind of proof of income within the last 30 days. I told him as a sales manager he needed to get his act together and should know the circumstances presented to him and know better. He told me " we'll get our act together but sorry this didn't work out for you" So after dropping my score almost to the point I can't go anywhere I told him I would never use them and would definitely discourage anyone else as well. So here I am. If you choose to use them and I'm sure if you're well equipped they'll greet you openly but if you have anything questionable and they say something, get it in writing because they will put as they told me" we don't really know what the bank will say or require. And without that it's your word against theirs. And I really thought I covered all my concerns up front. My rating can only be for the sales department as I have not dealt with the others but it is required to submit this. So the low rating on the other 3 are just for this submission and do not directly show any dealings with those departments

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. They are con men. They absolutely do not care about their customers at all only about the money they can make. We should of learned after the first RV we bought from them that was a piece of crap but we thought we’d give them another shot and bought a more expensive rv. Do not make the same mistake. They had our RV sitting outside for 9 months that was there for repairs from improper manufacturing from the factory. Things that should not of been broken if the rv had been put together correctly. They were covered under warranty. We even bought an extended warranty for the Rv so EVERYTHING would be covered if something did happen. We took the rv in over a month before the rv manufacturing warranty expired and they stated it would not be covered if they could not get to the rv in time and that the extended warranty wouldn’t cover it either because the problem happened while the manufacturer’s warranty policy was active. We fought with them and finally they said it would all be covered. We got the paper stating they told insurance everything was fixed AND HAD RECEIVED THE MONEY FOR THE REPAIRS FROM INSURANCE but when we went to pick it up NOTHING HAD BEEN REPAIRED. I mean absolutely nothing but they made sure to take the insurance money and profit off it. We told them nothing had been repaired and they said it would be taken care of. Granted it had been sitting up there for 6 months out in the sun for them to not of repaired anything. So it sits out there for another 3 months and we FINALLY get a call saying everything had been repaired. We went to pick it up and still NOTHING had been repaired. We contact the owner stating we don’t want the rv anymore and expect compensation for all of the headache we’ve had to endure. He said he would buy the camper from us. We said great, the only problem was they offered 10,000 dollars less than what we paid for it which we took because we felt like we had no other choice without getting legal help. When they sold the camper they took all of our stuff out of it and apparently sat it outside. Without a phone call telling us it was sitting outside waiting for us to pick it up. When we went up there to pick it up they said “it was sitting outside attracting animals so we threw it away.” I’m pretty sure a brand new 42 inch flat screen tv wasn’t attracting animals and I can guarantee you they did not throw it away. Granted we should not of waited as long as we did to pick it up but we are very busy people. We also called dozens of times over the course of the 9 months and almost never received any call backs like they said they would. I was trying not to write a review but I’m absolutely fed up and have had multiple people tell me they have also had problems with them scamming. We are local business owners and have never had to take legal action or have had to write a negative review about a business. I wouldn’t even tell my worst enemy to do business here. We literally were never able to properly use this rv, not even once.

We bought our RV in August 2020 and took it in for repairs under warranty and insurance covered some Hail damage, the had our trailer there for over a week and they still did not finish the work. Now we are in December and those things are still not fixed. Plus over a month ago we called the "New Service Manager" that the control panel went out. We have been without hot water all this time, we cannot get the slides in to pull it down the road. The Service manager first told us he would send someone out fix the the control board. Now we are told to watch Utube and manually put the slides in and bring it to them. Well when pay this kind of money you should get better service. I don't think auto dealerships would treat customers this way. Maybe the dealership is just good to local people. I have wondered if we got a lemon 5th Wheel or is it just the Service has been horrible. This is very frustrating for a couple that is retiring in December and now what we were looking forward too has been squashed by Hanner Lack of Service. Praying for a solution soon.
