I am guardian for a senior citizen who suffers with dementia. During one of his low periods he became eager to remove himself from his living situation. He was able to make his way to Baird Texas to the Hanner RV center where he was met with what I considered to be unscrupulous personnel. They did not have to convince him of anything as he trusted them and believed that he was getting a good deal on a good product for a fair price. He made the mistake of letting these folks know that he would be paying cash for this investment making the transaction to proceed easily. This gentleman left there with a used, extremely small RV camper that had not been properly taken care of was not in good condition and had not been prepped for sale. In fact the black tanks still had fecal matter in them.. This is not only disgusting it is unhealthy at best. I can only go by what this gentleman has told me and what I have discovered for myself after the RV was placed in its present location. Trying not to be in total control of the situation trying to allow him to feel a part of what's going on in his life, I did not return this camper, unfortunately a huge mistake. Upon other issues arising with this particular camper, again trying to allow him to maintain his self respect, I encouraged him to call the dealership, explain the situation and have them take necessary action. He was met with disrespecting attitude and absolutely no assistance whatsoever. Again as his guardian it should have been up to me to ensure his satisfaction with not only the product but the dealership. I failed but more importantly Hanner RV took advantage of this situation. I would not suggest anyone use this dealership. I have read reviews about a second location concerning service and maintenance. Those reviews do not appear to be negative for the biggest part however as long as it says Hanner RV I personally would not suggest you using it. I think this dealership should be ashamed of themselves for having taken advantage of a clearly mentally handicapped individual. Show less
