Our trailer broke down when the axle bearings burnt out less than a year into our ownership. Luckily, we were within 10 miles of the Green Bay grand design dealership. The service team went over and above to make sure that we got a new axle within two days and everything was reimbursed ultimately by grand design. I cannot say enough, good things about this dealership
