My fiancee and myself were recently searching for a new rv and thought we found the one, at the right price and dealership. We couldn't have been more wrong. We are located a few hrs away from the palm bay location and dealership. So I worked out all details prior to driving over with our sales person, Sean. I asked him repeatedly to ensure the rv was in good/as close to new condition as possible. He guaranteed me that it was, even sent pictures. Albeit blurry and unfocused, I took his word for it. Further upon working out our deal over the phone, with our funds coming from out of state, we were constantly harassed and lied to about agreements made via Sean(sales person) by the finance manager Elizabeth. Elizabeth made the process a nightmare as soon as she received our down payment. Refusing agreed upon terms, and times for delivery. She also attempted to create problems for our investor after he informed her that we were responsible for the decisions. We of course wanted to back out at this point, but she threatened to keep our down payment and started to seek out other parties separately to threaten this behind each of our backs. We finally made the drive over begrudgingly. And to our surprise, after numerous guarantees, the rv was a mess, and not new, un-kept to say the least. Missing parts, wrong model appliances, missing tv, peeling, cracking and utterly worn conditions throughout. Our salesperson was now attempting to rush the deal and started getting hostile with my fiancé and myself. We were nothing but polite and professional to him. When I told him we needed to see other models based on the condition of the one viewed, he said he wouldn't be showing us anything else. He told us to wait when we got back, after driving the cart wrecklessly, but my fiancé was scared, upset and crying at this point. So we left and called another location in Ormond. They for the most part took care of things and sold us a decent and newer model. Afterall we purchased brand new, 2023. They also informed us that the inspection that was standard to have done before delivery wasn't even done(per the paperwork they were given (by palm Bay). Utterly despicable behavior and negligence as a whole that employees like that are not held accountable in operating a business in such a manner. Lastly, the Ormond beach location had its issues as well. Albeit no where near as bad as dealing with the lies and bullying from Elizabeth and Sean(palm bay location). Ormond location had a cheaper TV switched out of our unit, not the TV that comes standard. They also told us that all the kinks in our awning were normal, and after less than two weeks the kinks are getting worse, prohibitive for the awning operations in closing properly. We asked them to fix this repeatedly and they ensured us this was normal. And now the awning continues to deteriorate in operations. We also had to inspect the roof and noticed sizeable cracks and gaps in the roof coating, inhibiting moisture. They said they would fix this but didn't adress the issue by properly remedying. They didn't dry it out and seal. They simply over applied melting caulck of some sort, as it dripped over the edge and into our drain trays preventing proper drainage. More dishonest and negligent business tactics that seem synonymous with this company. Please dont make the same mistake we did by choosing Giant Recreation World for your rv purchase. Worst experience of our lives.

As a retired veteran I had expected a lot more than I got in all categories. I do not recommend purchasing or service here. After the sales the honeymoon is over. Trying to get warranty work scheduled or expecting the parts department to get in or order the right parts … good luck. Service managers have no customer skills or sense of urgency. Forget complaints to management as the tone from them is combative and insensitive. Above all do not go there for service. Technician expertise and timely abilities are very poor. Wish I could have been more positive.

I recently purchased a 2021 Forest River Cruise Lite. We saw the unit on the lot 7/5...bought it 7/14 and brought it home. 7/22 we experienced a torrential rain. Once the rain had stopped the pooling in the main window was discovered. Then we pulled down the shade to show water damage. 7/23 I contacted Will Campbell to let him know that this unit had been sold to us damaged. I immediately documented the issue and emailed Will with photos of the damage. I was informed this would qualify under the warranty and spike with Rhett to schedule a drop off time for 7/31. The ding above the wheel well was covered by an extraneous warning sticker, that made no sense. So while detailing, my husband removed the sticker. When we looked at the exterior of the window, the buckle was discovered and lines up with the covered ding. It appears the factory had an incident that was not viewed as "damage." Water inside of an RV, countertop ripped and the other windows also leaking was due to an event prior to it arriving on your lot. 7/26 called and spoke to the service department to report this camper as damaged and need to get to the bottom of this. 7/31 was still the earliest time to drop the unit off for inspection and warranty work. 7/31 dropped off to Kim. Only the windows were in the computer. I explained that there is much more to this unit. She told me an investigation and photos would be taken and I should expect a phone call. 8/9 I still had not heard from Kim, nor anyone at Giant Recreation World. It has now been 8 months and 11 days and nothing is done. Again, I signed the contract under the premise I was buying a new unit. Now I have given you the money to fix a unit that should have been looked at closer, not left to the customer to discover after getting it home and just having to bring it back to sit and wait. This needs an immediate resolution.

Warning for anyone who is potentially looking to buy a travel trailer from Giant Recreational World in Palm Bay on Culver street. My husband and I recently bought our first Travel Trailer from them on Wednesday, August 21,2019. We were told they stand behind their used trailers and inspect them before they sell them to customers. God forbid you find something once you sign the paperwork to purchase. We bought a used 2017 Aerolite Luxury Class 284BHSL. We looked though the walk through with a fine tooth comb (or so we thought). Noticing a few random ants on the walk through, which I mentioned to the person completing the walk through with us, he dismissed them saying it was not a huge issue. (That should’ve been our first clue to run the other way). We also noticed a discoloration on the floor towards the back. He assured us it wasn’t water damage and no soft spots were noted in their thorough inspection. (The second clue, and our mistake for not walking the travel trailer with bare feet). My husband asked to climb on the roof to check the seals before we signed the paperwork for closing. It took them forever to arrange this but they eventually let him do so and he noticed a few areas that needed to be re-sealed. They completed the request before we signed. I questioned the rest of the seals and they said they inspected them. We signed and left with our new travel trailer. (Note for other potential buyers, the only way to make sure the seals are comply intact is to have a pressure test performed, and it costs an extra $275.00 at this dealership. Which I would’ve gladly paid out of pocket on the spot if they told me this was the only way to be sure the seals were intact before we signed the paperwork. This information was not relayed us at the time of purchase). When we got home and set it up we noticed a soft spot in the flooring towards the back of the trailer between the bathroom and the rear bunk beds. (Day of purchase) My husband called the dealer and left a message with our salesman Steve Yoder (who has been amazing and the ONLY person throughout this whole nightmare that is trying to advocate on our behalf) We also noticed that the ants were a bigger concern. When we turned on the stove and vent a ton of carpenter ants came swarming out of the woodwork (my husband also called about this issue). We were able to schedule an appointment on Thursday, August 29, 2019 to bring it back to the service department to inspect the soft spot on the floor and get rid of the ants. Forward to today Friday, September 13, 2019 we have come to find out that we need to dump more money into this trailer we just purchased because the seals I asked about when we bought the trailer were found to be leaking after they performed a pressure test. We are still currently waiting to hear about the floor at this point and whether they think there is any water damage from the leaks they’ve found. At this point my husband had asked if they were willing to work with us on a return and would agree to purchase a new travel camper at the full asking price listed on their site. A few minutes ago we received a call back stating they were not willing to work with us on the return. They are wanting to make a huge profit on the sale of this travel trailer three times over from us as the customer, and then again on the return of this travel trailer, and then a third time when we buy a new trailer from them at full asking price. My husband and I are very disappointed in the integrity of this dealership. They have lost my business as a future customer and any referrals and or recommendations for them. Hopefully this information can help any future buyers from going through our situation.
