We looked online and found the trailer that was perfect for our needs (fitting a very specific size of off road car) and our budget. We called and made an appointment for the same day to see the trailer and told them we would be there and when we were on our way. THEY SOLD THE TRAILER WHILE WE WERE DRIVING THERE! We made the hour plus drive to the dealer, they walked us into the trailer and let us start looking around and then told us THEY JUST SOLD IT. Then they proceeded to give us some run around of why they did it and then tried to sell us a trailer that is $20k over our budget. Never again Giant RV. You have a terrible business model and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Paid for winterization. Was not done correctly as water in the water heater cause the unit to crack. The dealership is refusing to stand behind their service and reimburse the cost of their shoddy work....
