I’ve purchased several RV's over the years. My first experience w/Montclair Giant RV.
1. Took over 2-weeks to finally deliver after 3 assigned dates;
2. I was lied to when I specifically asked the Sales Manager about engine oil/generator oil change.
3. I was told their service folks do a "thorough" check of the vehicle. My check of engine/generator oil told the truth.
I, had to find a bad computer monitoring pad; bad sensor in grey water tank (reads 67% full). I had to reset the service notification on the vehicle (after being told by Sales manager "they didn't know how to"
4. I had to address a recall by the MB for software update.
5. I had to go pick it was up from the MB dealer to ensure I could get it sooner than later.
6. The "detailing" of the vehicle was the biggest joke. The dealership hosed it off, still leaving water spots and drops all over it.
They had done this SO often, I had to have the windows and vehicle professionally polished to remove the spotting.
Attn: Mr. Frankie Barouti- Your Staff lied, it's been 4-weeks and I have yet to see my "due parts"; your Staff LIED to me. The only Legit person there was my actual Sales member, Ben. He's the ONLY reason I rate it w/2-stars
My bad for trusting your Staff and finalizing the deal, because I wanted the rig. As a local resident, I WILL share my disappointment in #GiantRV
