Stay away from this dealership (Giant RV Downey), nightmare experience, they do not take care of you when you need help. they focus on get your money from your pocket, not after sell you a defect RV. Nov 2020, Purchased a brand new 2021 Thor Tellaro AT ClassB RV, first day wait 6 hrs to fix coach battery (Lithium), drive back home, 3 days later , coach battery suddenly dead, plus water tank leaking, awning not auto stop, all 3 windows trim not attach complete..., contact to Dealer many time, left many vm, no response, finally come back, need to wait till Feb 2021 to to repair, contact to Sales , "no worry, we will take care of you", RV is sitting at their parking collecting dust, still waiting fix this new RV. this Thor "Reliable Battery system" is NOT RELABLE AT ALL, guess I am back luck to get this first gen. Thor Motorhome ClassB RV. plan to sell it at lost and get Winnebago. it is indeed a nightmare in my life to buy this first RV, I was wrong could trust a local RV dealer, buyer stay away. Show less
