Bought from this dealer…they rushed me through the pick up process. They never did any promised and recorded fixes. Subsequent service was at General RV / Ocala, FL where I got equally poor attention. I finally began dealing with Entegra Coach (Lee in Customer Service) directly. Lee was very helpful and very responsive. General RV was not even responsive to Lee. Show less

This has be the worst experience I’ve ever had. 6 weeks to replace the roof and it still leaks. Was sent out with leaks under the bathroom sink and the technician knew it. Sent with unsafe tires that were 7 years old and had a blow out on the highway which also tore off the fender. Went to tire shop all 4 were unsafe. This is the short version there is more.The long and short is don’t go there you’ll regret it. Show less

General RV at Orange Park, Florida is a large dealer with 100’s of all kinds of RV’s. I have bought Two class A Motorhome’s here and sort of had the same experience with both of them. The Motorhome’s have defects from the factory that these dealers have to fool with and then they sit on the lots a long time in some cases. Often with the slides out in the weather. The dealers can’t hire enough Good techs to take care of these issues and both of the coaches I bought were a year just getting the “new” issues repaired. My current coach, I had found on the internet at A General RV around Tampa and had the Orange Park store Bring it up. It had been sitting g with the slides out and All the slide covers needed replaced. My wife and I take a new coach to a campground the first night we pick it up and go through it and make a list for the dealer. That particular night was cold in Jacksonville and I had not had a Aqua hot heating/hot water system. After looking at it saw no fluid antifreeze in it. Called the dealership and stopped and filled it up. We then left on a Long trip to Montana during Covid. In Missouri we had no heat. I dumped in more fluid ($35 a gallon). And that got Is to South Dakota. The aqua hot was defective and had Been defective since before the Orange Park store Brought it to Jacksonville. We were one year and a couple weeks getting the Aqua hot replaced on warranty. Could tell many other stories about the problems You find in a new coach but won’t. They are great when you finally work out the issue if you can put up with it for that long. Show less

Beware of the Orange Park location. They were quick to take $97,000 from me for a used coach only to lie about replacing the passenger and driver side window units that are fogged with new units (not repaired ) or $1300. off price before delivery , I chose NEW .. My salesman Joe did not follow up with me as he promised to update me when I could pick up the coach . After 10 days I texted Joe , that’s when he told me that he was doing me a “ favor “ by not replacing the glass with new . There is a list of items that needed repaired or replaced on the couch before delivery . 13 days after the paperwork was been completed the only thing I know for certain is I was lied to .. I have no idea what was repaired or replaced on the coach !! I live 850 miles from the dealership , SHAME on me for trusting that this family owned business would take care of me !!!!! I have tried to call the sales manager (Steve) to get answers only to be told he’s not at his desk or he’s with customers . I’ve called two times ,left two messages and never received a return call . I called the corporate office only to be transferred to customer care voicemail and you guessed it, no return call !! I am out $97,000 and have no idea when my coach will be ready for delivery or the courtesy of a phone call. My first payment is due in two weeks ,who’s going to make the payment for a Coach that is still in General RVs possession? Pushed us to buy coating extended warranty. Warranty covers nothing coating promised NO black streaks. Wrong. Have had so many issues that General made me sign a form that I would not.return to them for warranty work. They do not return phone calls. You are king until the sale I'd final they you are mud. I called as high as corp office about my LEMON AVENGER and no one cares to help. 30K down the toilet Show less
