Purchased a 2014 Alpine 5th Wheel. Beautifully, well kept. Haven't taken delivery yet. First walk thru was horrible. Guy didn't explain very much and what he did was confusing. Went back for another walk thru and one of the window shades was damaged- pulled down to far and wouldn't retract. Gas stove igniter didn't work. First walk thru guy told me to buy a large lighter to ignite oven. Only thing he did do was point out there was a Blu Ray Player & Boise sound system. Furniture needed replacing. So I purchased new furniture. It took them weeks to install. Then I go back for final walk thru and Blu Ray Player is gone- Stolen. Now they don't want to replace it. This place has the Worst coustormer service I've experienced. They offer you the moon until final paper work is singed. Then you get no help. Everyone passes the buck. No respect for coustormers. There's and old saying " The coustormer is all ways right". Which means you take care of your coustormer so they will Refer their friends & family. General has no idea what that means. Buyer be ware. Their like Used car salesmen. Would not recommend Show less
