Don't ever buy anything from this store. Sales received 5 stars because was bought at RV show NOT at Brownstown. Bought brand new RV in February of 2022. Since that time the service department has had our RV in their possession more time than we have. They never have it ready when told. After many issues with this RV (too many to list) that should have been easily remedied, we finally picked up today. Wires hanging, mechanic actually told my husband he hoped the RV burned to the ground? Seems about right....nothing but trouble right from the start. Would never buy/service RV from this place ever, Dean the head of the service department was useless, and actually accused us of breaking a part in the seat that their service department broke.. again we barely even used our new motorhome as it was in the shop more time than we had it!! Beware of the finance managers at General RV of Brownstown....My husband and I went to do a trade in and purchase a momentum that was on sale for 63,999...come time to sign papers we were at 74,200..... so we looked at the itemized sheet and they were going to charge us Mrsp which was 78,000... and then tell us there were freight charges and all this other stuff .. also told us they were going to rollover gap insurance from our current camper ( which should be no charge) but on the itemized sheet they were charging us 895 .. come to find out you can't till over gap insurance... ( requires a new policy)so he lied! He threw in options without even asking us.. and then scattering the numbers to make sense ... which it didn't. And then 611 for 15 years....I think we will take our money somewhere else. Show less

.i needed minor insurance work on my RV so i brought it in 5 weeks ago ...still not fixed...they seem to blame everything on the virus...ive talked to service mgrs..etc...were waiting for,parts,were waiting for parts...BS...NEEDED STUFF FROM MY RV AND THERE MUST BE 35= rvs marked exterior work...can you say "overbooking...this is UNACEPTABLE..EVEN EMAILED CORPORATE WITH NO REPLY..
