Had the worst sales person I have ever dealt with. After purchase did not even receive phone call thanking us for purchase. It took the finance manager and district manager to finalize sale properly. Have been back for several problems and have had the poorest service except for once. Service writer(female) was the best person in whole service area. You call to talk to service you get placed on hold and never get to speak with person working on your vehicle/RV. Sales person has seen I and wife in shop and never made attempt to speak with us. Gander RV has the poorest management staff of any one dealership I have had to work with. Gander RV does not back their sales 100%. Reviews are the worst that I have ever seen. The only tech that treated us with respect was let go. Warranty work performed less than adequate. Show less
