I got my rv into the service department just before February for a broken refrigerator. I usually call every two weeks to check on it. I called March 24th to see we were at with replacing the unit. No call back from the service department but did receive a call back from someone to see if I got a call back from the service department. I know I know. I tried calling back today (April 2nd) and of course no one in the service department to take my call. I am now in hotel bills over 4000,00. and 1200 in monthly payments on a unit that needed a 1000.00 refrigerator installed. I will never purchase a unit from Fun town again. Show less

My wife and I have decided to buy a Travel Trailer through FunTown RV in Cleburne TX. We drive 300 miles from Midland Tx to Cleburne because we thought we were getting a pretty good deal there. We arrive and walk in the door and they asked our name and phone number to determine who we were I presume. As soon as they took our names One of the guys that was just sitting there and blurted out to the other two guys They've already bought. I responded I haven't signed anything yet. Our sales person walked out and said we needed to go down the road to to do a walk around in the RV. We got to where the RV was supposedly at and she said someone will be with you shortly we stood there 15 minutes and told my wife lets just go outside the building and look at it ourselves. We were walking around the RV and this young man came up and said lets start the walk around. I noticed the front piece of aluminum at the bottom had a bow in it and I pushed on it and it could go in almost 3/4 inch just in the middle section. I noticed the caps on the bumper were missing, we walked in side the unit and noticed scratches in the wallpaper by a window were the window shade had rubbed scratches in the wall paper, I opened up the pantry door and they had removed the false door that covers the 12 volt water pump and left it laying on top of one of the shelves and the screws were underneath the shelf, walking back down the steps I noticed the grab handle had multiple deep scratches in it. I told my wife we needed to contact our salesperson and I told her we have a few issues we are concerned about. We drove back down to the sales office and asked for our salesman and the general manager. We were sitting in our sales person s office and the manager walked in. Almost with a attitude I thought and said what seems to be the problem I told him everything we found and he said that issues can be repaired ad i told him no I don't think they can it the next 2 hours and i had driven 300 miles for this purchase. I stated if you bay something new are you going to accept it with problems and he blurted out let me finish I came back with fine lets go look at it. We walked back out to my pickup and was talking to my wife and asked her if the manager had given me a attitude and she agreed he had. I turned around and went back in the sales office and demanded my money to be returned that I had put down to hold the RV.
