Dont get your rv through fun town. We got ours back in September the awning slide break did not work said they were ordering it. Two weeks into having the rv had a water leak under the kitchen sink from water line I repaired it but it did its damage to the floor. End up finding out the one we have does not have a check valve for the black tank it backed it into the shower. Then the waterline under the bathroom sink was also leaking. By this point we'd already fought on three moves with the rv of the taillight covers falling off. Wake up one more to our dining table and couch covered in water from the slide leaking messing up the ceiling of the slide and all. This and some trim issues and cabinets that would not close right we finally after waiting until almost mid December get it in for service and repairs. By January only repairs were some cabinets they were still waiting on warranty. By the way we'd asked for it for a few weeks on a trip since they were still waiting on parts and one of those cabinets they'd straightened out fell off. Send it back while we go on a cruise vacation. Fast forward to this last week not only did they not know my rv was up there since it had been back in with them for two weeks no repairs have still been made and still no warranty work done. It took them almost a hour and half to even allow me to drop it off that last time because no one was available for me to let them know. Show less

Bought our rv end of September we've had it almost 3 months now. We bought a brand new gulfstream kingsport 268bh. From at the dealership the awning brake did not work. Then the cap to one end of the awning was not there was suppose to have parts order for service and don't know when that will be. Bring up hey I have a active water leal that's been here since the word go. Didn't seem too concerned ill get it in there on December thirteenth. They don't care what they sale. This new gulfstream 268bh. Broken awning brake, roof leak in the slide that is going all over furniture in slide area, roof leak was under bathroom sink, BTW this nasty model they won't tell you but your shower is attached to the black tank and the nfpa book says if that's for certain there needs to be a check valve to prevent black water from backing back up into tub. I think we are up to 8 issues in this new rv. It's just all thrown together and they will definitely sell you that. Fun town rv conroe texas Show less
