I purchased my new RV in July 2019. The sales was great but did not get any service afterwards. My new RV would not allow me to rinse the rear wastewater tank and the sewer would dump sewer on you every time when you remove the cap to dump when all valves were closed. I had to first schedule an appointment to get the repairs done and then the dealership kept my RV for 3 weeks. My wife and had stayed in contact with the service department to see what they had found and they finally said that we only have 1 black tank and the rinse works. I told the lady that my RV has two bathrooms and 2 black tanks. I arrived a couple a days later to pick up RV and wasted 1.5 hours waiting for someone to show up that knows what they have done to my RV and finally started hooking up my RV to leave and someone showed up that had no idea what had been done. He read the report from the tech which still showed I have only one black tank and they cleaned trash out of the valve. They kept it for three weeks and repaired nothing. I contacted the Heartland Companies and they said it is no longer under warranty and I needed to take this up with the dealer where we bought it. So even the manufacturer will not repair what has never worked. I would not recommend buying anything from Fun Town and definitely not a Heartland RV because they don’t back what they make. Unless you are ok with paying for all your repairs yourself. Fun Town has no one that knows what they are doing and Heartland apparently only cares about the sales.
