In regards to the forest River/prime time 24ft tracer purchased June 2022 and still haven’t received full access to its amenities! This has been a very discouraging purchase for me and my family. Needless to say business with this retailer and manufacturer come highly not recommended! These guys have been passing the blame to one another until they can weasel out of the warranty. Totally a poorly managed services and sale. If u buy from this retailer u are totally at their convenience. My experience is that they do not have the resources to completely correct the structural and mechanical issues leaving blame to manufacturer . Which is the origin of construction! We did not expect a rebuild of our unit before we enjoyed the access to all amenities! I’m sure that these problems will continue and there will be ongoing controversy over the poor craftsmanship of this unit . Beware to all seeking the fun of rv ownership. Do not buy your RV from this dealer. We bought a 'new' RV from them last year at the end of March, the sales people were helpful and got us into what we thought would be a great RV to head toward retirement with. They found one thing, cosmetic damage to the floor in the living room, that we needed to bring it back into, which turned into several things, hole in the roof, misaligned cargo door, problems with several slides, leaks in the slide, missing part in cargo area. We took it back in and apparently they have to argue with the mfg to get anything done on warranty even though it was supposed to be brand new. They couldn't get parts and said they would make so that we could use our camper without causing further damage because we had plans to use it. It was in the shop for 2 months, and they didn't even fix the minor stuff. We got it to use in June. They told us that they would let us know when they got the parts to make an appointment to bring it back in to get it finished up. We were finally notified that we could bring it back in November 16 and that they had the parts. The service advisor had to ask me if something had been repaired the first time. An emergency came up on our side and we weren't able to get it in then so the next available time was the January 5. We took it in, I had to supply the list of things that still needed to be done, and now it has been another month and i am being told that there are more parts on order and they still haven't done the work. This is ridiculous and no one seems to be concerned. Show less

Dont get your rv through fun town. We got ours back in September the awning slide break did not work said they were ordering it. Two weeks into having the rv had a water leak under the kitchen sink from water line I repaired it but it did its damage to the floor. End up finding out the one we have does not have a check valve for the black tank it backed it into the shower. Then the waterline under the bathroom sink was also leaking. By this point we'd already fought on three moves with the rv of the taillight covers falling off. Wake up one more to our dining table and couch covered in water from the slide leaking messing up the ceiling of the slide and all. This and some trim issues and cabinets that would not close right we finally after waiting until almost mid December get it in for service and repairs. By January only repairs were some cabinets they were still waiting on warranty. By the way we'd asked for it for a few weeks on a trip since they were still waiting on parts and one of those cabinets they'd straightened out fell off. Send it back while we go on a cruise vacation. Fast forward to this last week not only did they not know my rv was up there since it had been back in with them for two weeks no repairs have still been made and still no warranty work done. It took them almost a hour and half to even allow me to drop it off that last time because no one was available for me to let them know. Show less

If I could go lower than 1 star I would. I bought a camper in 2020 and the experience was horrible. I waited over 5hrs to finish the walk through process and get a hitch on the camper installed they were closing the gates and asked me why I was still there. So after getting everything wrapped up I told myself I would never go back. Last week against my better judgment we found a camper online that we liked and did not have time to go look at it before leaving out of town. We put a deposit on it and said we would come look at it 3 days later when we get back and then do the paperwork. Less then 24hrs later I get a call saying it sold with no reasoning. I want to say that my over all experience was okay and gave them a three stars as I left unsatisfied. The people I dealt with ( Logan Gray, Kris Minden, Junior Santos and Brent Wickliff) where very accommodating and professional. No fault of their won both both Stryker 2313 I inspected did not pass my very long inspection list (thank you internet). I was a little discourage that the person showing me the units had no knowledge of many questions I need answered. I learned a lot about RV/trailers going through this process and recommend that anyone look up RV/trailer inspections on the internet. Well worth the time. The service department individuals where not accommodating and almost nasty as they told me I could not watch what they are doing to repair the issue I had found. Lesson learned if I can't see what and how something is being repair I would walk away quicker. Than spending a long 8 hour day doind and inspection. I am still looking and hope to find something in the next few months. Show less

So we bought a brand new camper about two months ago from Fun Town RV Winstar. First of all the tech that set up our hitch that we paid $800 for set it up backwards and we had to stop on the way home, buy $125 worth of tools to attempt to fix what he did so we could get home. Only to find out we weren’t the only ones that happened to by the same tech. But the other person wasn’t as fortunate as we were. He jack knifed on his way home… Second of all, The first week we had it we discovered that the slide leaks because it wasn’t installed properly. We brought it back up there a 2 hour drive each way, to find out after 3days they can’t fix it and they made an appointment for the Denton location to remove and reinstall the slide. We arrive in Denton another 2hour drive each way only to be told they don’t have an appointment for us (which Winstar made while we were there) and all their techs quit so they can’t look at it. They kept us sitting there for over an hour and a half just to tell us we will email you with an appointment for Cleburn. No one has called, no one has emailed… I want our slide fixed and they don’t care. If I had known this was going to be our service I would have spent the extra money and bought from camping world… Show less

Do not buy from this company. They are not worth your time. I bought a 2021 Trailrunner from them and have had nothing but trouble with it. It isn’t a year old and is already falling apart. Heating system doesn’t work I can’t lock one of the compartments and the paneling is falling off the wall in the bathroom and the living area. When I contacted them about the problems I was told that it was my responsibility to get it fixed even though it is still under warranty. Do not waste your time with them Show less
