We really like our Alliance Valor 5th wheel toy-hauler! We would definitely recommend looking into this manufacturer, make and model. We like the layout, as it is user friendly and well thought out. We have owned our Valor for 3 years now and have only had one major complaint… the Schwintek gears on the fireplace slide. We contacted Alliance and it was repaired by the manufacturer’s service team even though it was a component they didn’t manufacture. A BIG shout out to the service team - You guys are AWESOME! We won’t buy another camper unless it is an Alliance - the campers and service from the manufacturer and the “FamAlly” that come with this brand is outstanding! Finding a good dealership is a key component to owning any RV!

Owned this camper since October 2024 and use it at least once a month from Feb - Nov. Over all quality of frame and camper itself is outstanding. Everything else is One-star. All components seem very cheap and the installation of them is comparable to a two year old putting an adult jigsaw puzzle together. Nothing is installed, square or attached properly. Counters are bubbled an warped. Plumbing under the kitchen sink is crooked and not connected properly. Drawers and cabinets are low quality with slides falling off, The mount for the camera on the back of the camper is crocked with screws put in at angles then smeared with excessive silicone to hold everything on place. Sliding doors to bedroom fell off after three trips. recliners screwed to the floor 2 inches from the wall on one side 5-1/2 inches from the wall on the other side. Purchased at Blue Compass and the service manger told me he has campers worth $150,000 - 250,000 he is working one he doesn't have time for my cheap camper. Told us he would never own a camper his idea of vacation is as far from camping as he can get. Awning snapped off where it connects to the arm and Blue Compass has been dragging their feet getting it repaired. Ordering $1400.00 arms so I can repair it myself. Starting to review campers of better quality to replace our Gran Design with in three years. I hope Blue Compass hasn't taken over all camper sales. Grand design has called me five times about a recall they want repaired. Blue Compass denies there is a recall. Tried to put me in the middle of the argument, I refuse their calls now. Basically. I am very disappointed with the purchase of a Grand Design.

I have owned four RVs this is by far the biggest piece of junk. I’ve had problems with the generator from the start had it to general RV, camping world lazy days of Fort Pierce finally lazy days of Seffner Florida figured out there was an oil leak and kept running low on oil but now still does not run both ACs at the same time called the factory because the paint is peeling on the outside and the cabinets are all peeling on the inside. It’s a 2023 with only 16,000 miles on it. Factory said it’s out of warranty too bad never buy another one Buyer beware

If you are considering purchasing a KZ RV, I strongly suggest hiring a professional technician to perform a thorough inspection for hidden manufacturing defects. Our unit had incorrectly installed window seals that caused water intrusion into the walls and flooring. This defect was only discovered through an extensive investigation during attempt to resell, as it required removing the window trim to notice. Despite a third-party service center confirming the unit was manufactured improperly, KZ has declined responsibility because the two-year warranty has expired. They cite a maintenance schedule requiring seal inspections every three months, even though the defect was internal and not visible through standard maintenance. Based on our experience, we have to disagree with their quality statement regarding unwavering craftsmanship and attention to detail. Please be very cautious if you are considering a KZ unit.

We purchased our 2021 Salem Hemisphere 25RBHL in early 2025, and it was absolutely immaculate—like a brand-new couple’s coach. It even still had that new RV smell inside. We camped almost every month throughout 2025, including Christmas, and we truly can’t put into words how perfectly this model has met our needs. The 25RBHL is the ideal size—not too big and not too small. The interior feels like home without needing to add a single thing. The rear bathroom is incredibly spacious! The theater seating features underlighting and illuminated cup holders, creating the perfect ambiance for watching an action-packed movie. The kitchen offers plenty of cabinet space along with a pantry, which is a huge plus. For a five-year-old trailer, the exterior still looks fantastic—clean and free of stains. Most people assume our Salem Hemisphere 25RBHL is much newer at first glance. The only item we needed to replace was the “H” hot water cap on the bathroom sink, which I found on Amazon for $5. My husband also performed routine annual maintenance on the water heater and replaced the anode rod, purchasing a two-pack for under $20. Other than that, we haven’t had to do a thing.

This trailer had a toilet leak on first trip. I call for a repair and was rudely told their warranties cover nothing water related. Then I was told they don't have time for non warranty repair. First trip out the canopy wouldn't open,, the window over the table pored water in, the kitchen faucet snapped in half, and nothin under warranty at 3 weeks out. Bought at Camper World who said sorry, the repair department was a separate company. We even had the extended warranty.

Scary. Gonna be out another 2-3,000 next month when my Tech moves a 2024 GRAND Decline out for its roof to so my slide roof. Already 10,000 in the whole. Paid for what I thought was quality and got junk.

Have run this unit for almost 2 years now. Have made several long trips and been in it for several weeks at a time with it. So, Pros first. Good overall interior lighting. Fridge is good size. A handy second fridge in front storage. Bathroom fan switch is on the wall. The bathroom fan vent (switch is also on the wall) is power open. Both items are a no brainer. A solid door to rear bunk area is way better than a curtain. Windows are a good size in most areas, the tint helps keep sun heat out on those hotter days. Cons: All vents on the roof (bathroom, bedroom) should come with covers. I could not believe they did not have covers. They had to be the first thing added. Exterior needs another receptacle (on a different circuit) closer to the rear of the unit. No one uses a coffee maker at the front. Should have better exterior lights around the entry. The exterior access for the garbage can is too small. Storage setup is a huge waste of space. To access water setup for winterizing, you have to take a wall apart? As in figure out which screws are needed to remove a wall. A lot of wasted space under this area. This needs a rethink. While it is obvious that the faster you manufacture one, the more money you make. Several electrical fixtures were loose, the first time I plugged the unit in, it would not charge the batteries. By a fluke I found a loose connection under the interior steps. The entire electrical system needs better attention to quality. My fireplace was pushing out in one corner, I took it out and found so much excess wire behind it. I cut out about 4 - 6 feet from most of the wires. What a waste. Now to enter the unit, the four step solid steps are too heavy for smaller people to lift, they should have the easy step. It needs a better kitchen table and seating setup. The seats had drop down flaps to under seat storage that was useless and not accessible. I made slide out drawers to be useable. It needs another useable receptacle in the kitchen area. Why is a receptacle behind the garbage access? The TV is mounted on a chase just inside the main entry, it was so poorly installed that most of it came apart after one trip. I had to take it entirely apart and rebuild it to be secure. However this was simply part of the entire interior trim that was so poorly installed and many areas just not finished . I spent 8 hours just repairing or securing interior finishes. Overhead doors should come with a hold open hinge. The rear bunk area should have an operable window. The bathroom door is installed in a way that makes it awkward to get in to the room. The master bedroom needs more footroom around it. The bedroom closet slideout needs to be deeper. The heating vent design make the master bedroom and bathroom extremely warm, the lower areas are still subzero. Overall, the layout needs a bit more planning. Forest River has some with much better layouts now
