We bought the Kodiak Cub and 33 days later on the first trip out the water tank fell off the RV. Service has been lacking. We were not taken care of right away, we waited 2 weeks only to find out when the parts finally arrived they were the wrong size. They offered us nothing but more want time. Communication to us was nearly nothing. Then even had the parts a day and a half before when WE called them that they were the wrong size. Unfortunately it impacted our trip to Canada. They simply said "sorry". No manager was ever available to speak with upon our multiple requests and never returned our calls. Show less
