The sales team was unethical. I contacted the company about a trailer I was interested in and came to look at it the same day. Apparently, my interest in this trailer brought its existence to the attention of another sales rep. While I was in the office getting my credit checked to buy the trailer with my sales rep, the other rep sold it out from under me, sight unseen, to another customer over the phone. Bought a trailer from them in May, 2021. Purchase experience was great. But now that I need warranty work done, they are impossible to get ahold of. Three messages left with them and no return calls. Buyer beware. Great price, but no service after that. Very disappointed. Show less

Poor customer service. I had a safety recall on my rv and it took them a year to repair it. When I called to make an appointment I kept getting transferred to different voicemails. After I made the appointment I brought my RV in for repairs and they told me I did not have one. I had to show them the email they sent me to prove I had an appointment. I put an offer over the weekend and they call me the very next morning, just to very rudely hang up on the middle of the conversation because he wanted to get all my private information and I refused. Am not giving any info over the phone,I am paying cash,there are too many scammers out there!!! Show less
