Well where to start. My rv spent more time in the shop in the first year then in my driveway or on a campsite. The quailty there is none this unit must have been put together by first graders. Who ever did the wiring did not know you need to crimp the wires in place. Plumbers or who ever did the water lines did not know that the hose clamps go over the male end of the pipe and not just the female end. The customer service manager is just as bad as the no experience workers in the factory. There moto is we do not make phone calls. I do not know how this company is still in buisness. Show less

Perfect size for traveling and getting into resorts,, National and State parks. Love 1/2 bath mid making it an easy access whole traveling. All the bells and whistles you can image with comfortable interior and comfort driving/maneuverability. Show less

430k . Looking at full time living . Newmar are very proud of the logo its everywhere. Minor issues so far but a few things stick out. Ok quality on the finishing door fell off molding felloff. Can't turn off road watch features which are extremely annoying/distracting while driving. Control app is outdated clunky. Still to many manual controls. Slides awnings shades.had firefly on 2021 coach was years ahead. Basement wiring plumbing no better then much cheaper units . Customer service has been ok so far but now 3 months in are playing games . Overpriced resting on the logo . Still better then most but who strives for that. Show less

We bought our 2023 Dutch Star 3736 -It has been a piece of junk -We have had the body of the motorhome fall off, $15,000 in electrical failure, air conditioning units both blew out, cheap parts on the front door, full wall slide always needs adjustment, electrical problems with the oasis heating unit -All these problems within a year and half-Newmar told us to “Pound Sand” after the 1 year warranty Show less

It has been eight months since we sold our 2020 Dutch star. Still admire how awesome they look as we see them on the road. Our motor home was loaded. Had electric heated floors , an oasis hot water system, and fully automated awnings all the way around. We flat towed a Jeep. However, selling it was a huge relief. We are finished with RV ing after 10 years, especially with Newmar. Every time we went out, we had issues to deal with. Many were ongoing. The service we received from our dealer and Newmar was very slow. Fast service from dealers away from home was nonexistent. We were left stranded or experienced weeks of waiting several times. This was our third motorhome. We bought a Newmar because we expected fewer problems and better service. We received neither. When a person buys a high priced item, naturally expectations are also higher. Newmar and our dealer failed us. Finally we had enough. In the middle of a three month trip to Canada, we made the decision to sell. Peace has come to us at last. Show less

We liked the floor plan, but the RV was old and some of the areas needed either a good cleaning or replacement. The owners said they would negotiate but when we pointed out some of the things that would need replacement and we knew what it would cost the woman was quite insulted. The tires were worn past any safe driving. The batteries were last changed in 2015. The paint was scratched and needed repair. The paint on the roof was almost totally faded and would need repainting. The slides would not come out easily and would need some work. We were totally disappointed since we had driven from Utah and it was an eight hour drive. The pictures that were on the website looked like they were taken when the RV was new. In my opinion this RV should be taken off the website. Thanks for listening. Show less

I bought this RV new in Sep of this year, 2022. It is actually a 2023 model. Today is Nov 8th and after bringing it home a second time, the issues still exist on the RV side. Just a few things....a computer steering cluster module went out the second time driven. Crossroad Ford did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing, along with a faulty brake . booster. No ladder on the unit, the radio head unit is faulty and needs to be replaced, no call on the shower at all and worst of all, the RV continues to not recognize the parking brake and will not auto level or allow slide to operate. Closest dealer is over 3 hours away. Not a happy camper. In fact I've never even taken it camping as it has been in the shop pretty much from the week after I purchased. Show less

I have owned this motorhome since I bought it new in 2019. I have driven it from Seattle to Disney World, and to the national parks of Utah, Colorado, Wyoming and Montana and many places in between. I have 37k miles on it and have lived in it since shortly after I bought it. As far as manufacturing and assembly, all the important pieces work well except for the refrigerator. When it was a few months old, we had a torrential rainstorm in Salt Lake City and the refrigerator outside panel was not installed properly. As a result water poured into the refrigerator workings and it was damaged. After warranty repair, it works acceptably but ice cream will get a little soft in very hot weather. Other than that, a few small trim pieces in the coach were not installed correctly. I have had no other issues with the generator, the furnace, the two wonderful air conditioners, and the three TV's which are Furion. They have excellent pictures and one is very large. I tow a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk behind it and it does fine. I have had no suspension work on it and I find it very controllable. The only time I get white knuckles is when I am going over a narrow bridge with opposing traffic. The motorhome is wider than some of the lanes on county roads and it is tight on some state highways. I read about people who have all kinds of trouble but I think it is just like buying anything, some people are not lucky, and some people are. I replaced the king mattress that came with it with a memory cell mattress, and I sleep very well in it. I have two big dogs, and they have plenty of room to stretch out. I love my FR3 and it works great as a home I can go almost anywhere in. I would highly recommend it for its relatively low price and its reliability, as well as its comfort. Show less
