I just arrived home on Monday evening from a trip to Day Bros RV in Valdosta. I talked to the salesman Kevin on Friday afternoon about purchasing a Fuzion toy hauler. I just arrived home on Monday evening from a trip to Day Bros RV in Valdosta. I talked to the salesman Kevin on Friday afternoon about purchasing a Fuzion toy hauler. He advised that they were not open on Sunday so I told him I would travel to Valdosta on Sunday and be at the dealership on Monday morning. I drove over 13 hours to get there on Sunday and spent well over $100 for a room for the night. At 7:30 Monday morning they called my wife to tell her the unit had been sold on Saturday. Neither the salesman or sales manager took the time to call me on Saturday or Sunday to let me know that the unit had been sold . I spent several hundred dollars and almost 17 hours of driving for nothing. Is this the kind of dealer you want to spend your money with. No customer service at all. No common courtesy to even try to prevent me from making a wasted trip.
