We purchased a 2025 Pinnacle from The Selma location. Ben was our salesman and did a grest job presenting the RV and walking us through the buying process (absolutely not pressure}. We had a few problems with the RV which we took care of ourselves, except for one air conditioner. There was a fault message on the command screen showing no ambient temp reading. Thus, the air conditioner would not work on automatic setting. Scott in the service dept. walked me through the problem, factory never hooked up the temp. senson, and SUCCESS! Good job guys, My only disapointmment in not with Crestview, but with Jayco. Their warranty does not allow for mobile RV techs in most cases.
