It was a sincere pleasure to work with Jared on the sale. He is a fine young man and a great salesman. But unfortunately, this dealership suffers from communication issues throughout the organization. From after-the-sale service, to internal communication and customer follow-up (more on that later). I had a very frustrating experience with the service department after the sale. This was for prep work to install an electronic brake, and weight distribution system, plus a couple of vent covers. In short, I feel like I was taken advantage of with what I perceive to be questionable aspects of the way the process was carried out. Hopefully my experience is a one-off. While I knew exactly what was quoted for an E2 Weight Distribution setup, Brake Controller, MaxAir vents and several other small items, I was never told what the hourly labor costs were, plus lied to about the ball for the hitch. For instance, A rough calculation in my head of the cost of the parts was $825 based on the quote I was given. I knew there would be 2.5 hours of labor involved since my truck was in the building from 9:30am to just before noon. Yet imagine my shock when the parts manager stated "that will be $1700.91"!?! Holy cow!!! I was absolutely floored. When I did not have exact change (I had $1750), the Parts manager said "that's okay, I'll eat the .91 cents" like I was being done a huge favor. I knew his intent, but still, that made me even more upset. Here is what angers me the most, and why I am giving a one star rating: - Lack of transparency with respect to upfront labor costs/rates. - The truck was physically in the building from 9:30 to about noon (2.5hrs). So, billing for 3.5hrs when the truck was only there for 2.5hrs seems unethical, even with a software estimator. - For the E2 Weight Distributions system that was quoted to me at $525 and installed, there's an additional line item charge of $100 for "Shop Supplies - External". - $41.39 for a Hitch Ball. I told the parts manager that I had one with me, but he said not to worry, that "it comes with one"... Yet, there it is on the work order... $41.39. I really didn't appreciate being lied to about that. - $114.97 "Ohio State Sales Tax - Parts" was charged on $895.24 worth of parts. - The parts manager printed out the subtotal receipt with no detail. I had to ask for the detailed work order which is how I know the above. Make sure you get a detailed print out of any service you have done there. Here's my advice if you ever need to do business with them: - Find out the labor rate charged. (I had to ask and was told by the parts manager "One hundred sixty-something") when in fact it was $179/hr. Funny how he didn't even know. - Insist on a final cost (including labor) for each item to be installed. $825 in parts and 2.5hrs of the rig being in the shop should not have been as much as I was charged! - Ask for a detailed work order as a receipt to avoid surprises Lastly, I had a conversation with the manager about this situation and my poor experience. To his credit, he was very apologetic and even empathetic and tried his best to explain everything. He even offered to refund a small portion of what I felt I was overcharged. That was 2.5 months ago and never received, which again, points to very poor internal communication! If it were me and I had a customer who was unhappy, I would have at least made a reminder to reach out to them after, say 30 days, to at least make sure they were taken care of! So I am giving a 1 star rating since it is apparent that the focus is on the sale, and nothing more. Again, great people, but less than pleasant business practices and communication. I would not recommend doing business with them, and certainly stay away from the service end of the business if you can possibly help it.

The service department does not follow through with the manufacturer when submitting for warranty repairs. The dealership also has a statement hanging in service that notes they will not do warranty work on some things such as rubber seals, etc. The service advisor we dealt with kept forgetting to note some problems we had when writing out the service request then blamed it on us, saying we never told her. The GM of the dealership kept promising that he would look into our problems & make it right, then, we never heard back! The sales, finance and delivery experiences were great. Warranty & repair support absolutely sucked. Do not recommend this dealership.
