I had planned on purchasing a used RV here about a month ago and put down a $200 deposit. I decided to get an inspection and when that was completed decided not to buy due to the condition. I was sent an email by Ricky telling me that I would get my deposit back but four weeks later and I still haven’t received it. He told me he would get with accounting but no further communication from him and none from them either. I had planned on going back in to see him in early to mid September to purchase a new camper but that is never going to happen now and I will be going elsewhere. I will not be recommending this place to anyone either. Do not give this company a deposit unless you have in writing you will get your money back. Luckily I have in writing from Ricky that I would get it back since now it looks like I am going to have to go through legal channels to get it. Show less

Sales was awesome. Ricky Winfree was great to deal with. Service has been the worse. Poor communication, told me parts were ordered from manufacturer but later I asked for order number so I could follow up and they had not actually ordered parts. Bought extended warranty but they refuse to help unless it is brought in for repairs. Also state that mobile services that I am willing to pay, won't cover extended warranty. Extended warranty is useless then and I paid for nothing! Show less
