We were super excited about buying our 2022 brand new camper. This place came highly recommended. We Have had many people we know purchase a TT from here. Well our experience wasn't as nice as theres. The salesman made us feel unworthy. We work hard for what we have and he made us feel like he did not want to deal with us. We came approved from our own cu and knew what we wanted.. After selling us our camper he didn't shake my husband's hand and basically shooed us out the door. Like WOW. U are a family owned business and for you to treat one of your customers like they are beneath you Is horrible. We have had many issues with our TT and it had been back to dealership now 2 times. Because upon there inspection they found a cracked shower pan wich they forgot to tell us. Texted us 3 weeks after we brought home. A "O by the way we forgot to tell you.....Electrical issues. Now we get it back and notice more things are wrong. Our bathroom door is crooked. Paneling hanging, molding missing. Why would I want to take it back to get fixed. When it comes back with more wrong. I am at a loss over here. Who do u complain to when it is family owned. I see they have alot of good reviews, SO why did we have to be the ones to have a bad experience. This shoulda been a exciting time for us. We love to camp. Show less
