Simply love this trailer. Been living full time for over 5 years with no issues. Pulls great down the road and has all the luxury items I need. This unit is well made and shows little maintenance required after road trips. You can't go wrong with this unit. Show less

First of all I would say that My salesperson, whom I will name upon written request, was very helpful. Anything that I had happen to me that was in a positive way she was responsible for. She went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible during this whole experience. I have seen that Colton wants ONLY to sell to people 1 time, after that. do as you will, because they do not want you back, yes, they do not want repeat business, because they are doing everything, they can, to keep that from happening. The company does whatever they need to do to get you to sign the dotted line, and once the cash changes hands, you are nobody, it's that fast. I Bought a used unit that I do like, and when I found I had an issue where I could not drive it because of the fact that the air ride system failed, I was told to call the roadside assistance, which I did, and after 1/2 of a day, and nobody could help me the air suddenly began to work and I went right in. They could not find the problem and off I went just to have it happen again, this time they sent a fleet service out to me, and they fixed an air leak. While they were there, they proceeded to do the recall that was open on my RV. It had been open for quite a while as the fleet mechanic told me. How is it ok to sell a motor vehicle to someone that has an open recall on it, that is something else I am investigating. With all of this I thought that the cost of the service would be picked up by Colton as the problem should have been fixed when it was there the first time, and as it was a problem when I took delivery on it because it was only a couple of days after I drove it off the lot that this occurred. The second time I had the issue I called Roadside service, and they kept going to voicemail and I was wondering what kind of service Colton is selling to people that does not do anything close to what they are supposed to do in an emergency. Colton finally contacted the fleet service to come out to fix it. I'm afraid to go anywhere as I live out of town, and if I can't get roadside service to get anyone out to help me and I'm on the roadside what then? Colton makes you feel like you should have never ever went in there to buy anything. And again, what about that open RECALL. Show less

Great Quality RV.. This Signature model seems to be of a Higher quality than other Riverstones. I loved the big windows that gave the illusion it was even more spacious. Loved the hidden storage areas, and the sitting area with fireplace in the Bedroom. I also loved the spacious laundry area that housed a nice size washer and dryer, and area to store laundry. We’ve had our trailer for 5 years now. We are moving in to a 5th wheel trailer as the kids have grown up. This bunk bed floor plan has been perfect for the 7 of us to take on many 🏖️ beach and camping ⛺️ trips comfortably. It pulls down the road nicely. It has TONS of storage area, a high porcelain toilet, privacy queen bed room and 2 doors! The blue indoor/ outdoor lighting was always fun too. It really is a good trailer for the family vacations and would definitely be livable in a park setting as well! I would recommend this trailer! Show less

Awesome camper that I lived out of for three years in Montana. I will miss it. The experience was like no other. My wife, my dog, and myself all made it together almost two years and allowed us to explore Montana while living cheaply and simple. Show less

We purchased our unit brand new on 4/28/2023. We took it out of winter storage on 4/20/2024 to find an extensive amount of water damage to the inside. We took it the the dealer where we purchased it to be informed that the bulb seal on the slide out has failed and because forest river only has a 90 day warrantee on seals it will not be covered. This seal failed in less then one year of ownership. I have always heard great things about forest river but this has definitely changed my mind. Show less

Every single thing about our experience has been awful! Forest River should be ashamed of themselves for what they delivered. Everything came broken & over a year later they have not make it right! We spent over $100K for this trailer & it is a piece of GARBAGE!! My recommendation...DO NOT buy from Forest River!! Show less

It is the top-of-the line Airstream that at 34ft in length is spacious and comfortable. With its Hensley Hitch and disc brakes it tows without drama and stop 75% better than trailers with factory drum brakes. Because it is so aerodynamic the tow vehicle (Duramax Diesel) gets 13.9 MPG when keeping the speed at 62MPH or below. That is fantastic mileage, as the trailer weighs between 8,500 -10,000 pounds depending on its load (water, food, and clothing etc.) With its two Optima Blue Top Batteries, the newly converted LED lighting throughout the trailer and the two 7.5 gallon propane tanks it will keep you comfortable for a week without hook-up, even in inclement weather. The reason it got only four stars for overall quality is because I have had to "redo" a number of items that were inadequate from production. Once I repaired them to my standards they stayed fixed. I will be happy to share everything I've done upon inquiry. This trailer needs nothing and is ready to go camping. When not in use it was stored "indoors" with full hook-up on our property. It has been extremely reliable; we never had to discontinue a trip or come home early over issues! Show less

This rig is the best driving rig I ever drove, levels up very easily, and its Hydraulic brakes are awesome and better than my Foretavel for ride and drive. Drives like a pick-up truck . If you never drove an Alpine your are missing out. Show less

As the owner of a 2017 Forest River Cardinal Estate, aka the lemon, I am beyond frustrated. We purchased the unit, new , in July of 2017. Our maiden voyage the shower doors smashed into smithereens due to poor installation. We paid to have them fixed/replaced on site. Our rear windows were falling out, thanks to tape we got them home. Second trip, the roof peeled back. Third trip major crack bedroom slide. Last year we parked at a seasonal site. This year again, seasonal site. Now we have another crack on the same side as the first, bit Between the other slide and side rear window . Forest River/ Cardinal did help with the previous issues, but not now. With all the issues we have had, I truly believe these problems are due to manufacturing/quality control issues. I worry about the structural integrity of this unit. Any advice / suggestions would be appreciated. Show less
