Beginning in early september 2020 I started calling and trying to make a service appointment online. 8 calls, 4 attempts with the online scheduler and two “chats”. I wanted a 30k basic maintenance appointment on a 2017 Coachmen Leprechaun. I offered to leave the motorhome with the dealership for 5 days, fully expecting they could surely fit me in.
Today, Mike called me back, and after asking lots of questions about make, model and needs, said they are too busy. Customer service sucks, Mike was rude, the dealership doesn’t care. AVOID!!!!
