We bought a 2019 Keystone Cougar 315 RLS from them in December 2018. Had problems with main A/C Dometic unit in May 2019 After calling them and finding out the warranty is only good at their dealership. Extended warranty and all. The dealer is 317 miles from my house so other Camping World dealers would be nice to service my unit. Found out NO...The dealer did help me with questions over the phone.
