Absolutely horrible experience here. I had my 2023 Thor RV for sale on FB Marketplace. A salesman from here, Mike, reached out with an offer to purchase it. We agreed on a price, I drove it all the way to their dealership in Kissimmee and signed all the paperwork after they inspected it. I signed over my title and I was told Id get a check in the mail from 'corporate' within 2-3 days. A week later, I called and was told corporate decided not to buy it. I had already canceled my insurance, removed it from multiple platforms that I had it listed for sale. Also, the main TV in coach was being replaced at the time and Mike told me to just stop having that work done because they wanted it on their lot to sell. They said they would install the tv. I left the new tv in the box inside after that. Well, after all this, they refused to install the TV saying they "only do work on it if they buy it". They are so shady. Be sure to read ALL THE FINEPRINT or they will take advantage of you there. If they will do this to me imagine what they do everyday to other buyers there. I plan to avoid this place like the plague from now on. Show less
