We recently purchased an Alpha Wolf from this store. They fixed minor issues that we had shortly after we bought the camper. We did have to wait about 30 days on a part but we understand there's a shortage for just about everything these days. I cannot imagine a worse experience than what we endured. Literally nothing on our 21 point warranty list was done correctly, and many things were broken afterwards that weren't broken when we brought it in. The worst one was where they were supposed to reattach the shower wall where it had pulled away from the bathroom wall. They inserted two long screws clear through the outside wall of the RV, then removed them, substituted shorter screws and didn't even tell us about it, I guess hoping we wouldn't notice the two holes in the side of the RV. They were also supposed to fix the floating floor, and they took shiny caulk and glued it all down, on the TOP of the floor! We ended up having to take it to the Thor plant in Indiana to get everything fixed. Thor told us they had a group of CW technicians come out for training and they were so bad they sent them home. We will NEVER go back to a Camping World. Show less

This CampingWorld is the worst! I have an older RV that has sat at Camping Worlds lot more time that we have had the Camper. No major repair required. They have had our RV for over a month now and I can't even get a return call. Show less
