Dan the salesman was cordial, patient and informative. No pressure. He worked out a deal we were happy with on a nice camper. I gave a deposit and let him know I needed a few days for financing but if I could not get financing within a week I would pay cash.

Dan the salesman was cordial, patient and informative. No pressure. He worked out a deal we were happy with on a nice camper. I gave a deposit and let him know I needed a few days for financing but if I could not get financing within a week I would pay cash.
His manager sold the RV out from under me the following morning. It is obvious Campbell RV cares more about profit than its customers. I'm glad that I found this out before actually doing business with them. Dan didn't even get that sale after he spent his whole afternoon with us. Any decent RV places in Sarasota, call Dan. He deserves to work for someone decent.
I only had experience with their sales, but this site made me add ratings for the other areas.

Terrible company.
I sent one inquiry and they wouldn’t leave me alone. I asked him three times to stop contacting me and they wouldn’t. If you want to buy a camper from a reputable, friendly company, this is not the one.

Wanted to purchase a new RV. Agreed upon a price and left a deposit. We didn’t like the dealers loan terms so we secured our own financing thru our bank. They were aware of this and the salesman offered to help provide any paper work we needed. Well we needed the Dealer invoice sent to the bank and they refused to do so. Stating that they did not send the Dealer invoice to banks they do not do business with. But they had also told us they were trying to become affiliated with our bank. So we could not use the loan we were approved for at our bank. But they did try to get us to use their lender. The loan we did not want. So we cancelled the deal and went and bought the same exact camper from someone else.What a waste of time.

Sadly, they got taken advantage of during the sale. Way over charged.
Had immediate issues with drawers and fuses. I attempted to handle for them and got NO help from parts, warranty, owner manual. I had to purchase at full price all defective parts and replace myself. It was as though we did not exist as soon as they took $70,000.00 from my parents. Sad. My husband and I will have a motorhome when we retire and I will not consider Campbell RV.
