Well where to start. My rv spent more time in the shop in the first year then in my driveway or on a campsite. The quailty there is none this unit must have been put together by first graders. Who ever did the wiring did not know you need to crimp the wires in place. Plumbers or who ever did the water lines did not know that the hose clamps go over the male end of the pipe and not just the female end. The customer service manager is just as bad as the no experience workers in the factory. There moto is we do not make phone calls. I do not know how this company is still in buisness.

We use the RV for me and my wife. Living area is great with approximately 12 feet width with full driver side and the 2 passenger side slide outs. The king bed and shower makes it very comfortable and enjoyable. The adjustable air mattress makes sleeping very comfortable. The kitchen is plenty big with plenty of counter space and 3 propane burners. The washer/dryer is 4 cu/ft. Dishwasher is sorta small. Central Vac works pretty good, small dust bag but that's what they put in these RVs. We bought this RV used, and to date the quality is great. There have been small things that I can repair and work on. No major issues to date. The floor plan is very nice with the living room area towards the front. I was a little concerned with the TV as I don't like the TV mounted facing the front. However, the TV in this RV is at an ~45 degree angle, and it pulls out from the wall so it can be pivoted to give you a more straight on view if you prefer (same with the outside TV). We tow a 2013 Honda CRV and can't tell it's back there.

9 years now and 25k miles. I'm thankful to newmar for building this wheelchair accessible motorhome. Other than a few small annoyances, it has been a great coach overall. Maintenance is key. It helps to be handy as well. My biggest complaint would be the power shades. Nice when they work. I've been replacing with manual units as the originals have failed. 2 or 3 I have left as is. Luckily the main front shade has been trouble free and is used the most by far. The ford v10 and 6 speed has been an amazing workhorse pulling this large 40' rig. Maintenance costs have been minimal. We've had zero issues with any appliances which includes the whirlpool washer and dryer, norcold fridge, penguins, heaters, etc. Some common sense and good maintenance will pay off.

This RV is extremely comfortable for the full time rv'er or occasional recreation use. The buffet with table and large storage provides the ability to work from home comfortably. Four slides makes this feel so roomie inside and provides lots of windows. Easy access to kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom if needed when all slides are in and going down the road. The Diesel engine has made towing our 7 passenger car a breeze. The theater seating chairs are comfortable for watching the 44" television. The 3722 comes with plenty of storage throughout especially with the kitchen pantry cupboards and numerous bedroom closet and drawers. The outdoor tv is awesome for watching your favorite sports team. The couch and numerous chairs makes entertaining easy. Transforming the couch to a bed for guests is quick and easy.

This motorhome is designed for anyone who is handicap. My wife and I have enjoyed this coach because with the wheelchair lift as well as the great room with all three slides inside you can easily move from the front to the back to help someone into bed. The shower is wheelchair accessible, the bathroom sink and the kitchen table is great for someone in a wheelchair. I lost my wife last October so this is the reason I'm selling it. It's such a beautiful with all the bells and whistles you would want.

We have owned this RV since new and the 1st thing I had to do was mouse proof it by spraying foam in the opening underneath and then had to add a door in the storage area to get access to the water pump. When I cut to add a door I saw just how well hidden the poor workmanship was as saw dust left behind and hacked out hole on most of the places where line past through. Knowing the steep asking price you would think they would pay a little more wage to hire a staff that cares. Never did talk to the factory about warranty just had to go back the dealer for a manual back-up front jack access hole and to replace the sound system that the speaker never did work right or sound good as far as clarity. From my experience and reading reviews on the workmanship of the cougars and although the floor plans did almost sell us we decided to stay away from them. Lyle

Did all of the research into manufacturers and dealers. Accepted that nothing is perfect and made a decision. Invested a lot of money in a brand new RV. For what? A modern RV where the satnav / cameras turn themselves off at will, preferably when you are changing lanes on an unfamiliar stretch of freeway. Cold showers and greasy plates as the hot water just will not stay fixed. Playing “where do you think that goes?” With the screws that just show up at random when you travel. Being able to examine the trim at your leisure as it falls off. Watching the dealer blame the manufacturer and vice versa. Turns out you don’t get what you pay for.

I bought this RV new in Sep of this year, 2022. It is actually a 2023 model. Today is Nov 8th and after bringing it home a second time, the issues still exist on the RV side. Just a few things....a computer steering cluster module went out the second time driven. Crossroad Ford did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing, along with a faulty brake . booster. No ladder on the unit, the radio head unit is faulty and needs to be replaced, no call on the shower at all and worst of all, the RV continues to not recognize the parking brake and will not auto level or allow slide to operate. Closest dealer is over 3 hours away. Not a happy camper. In fact I've never even taken it camping as it has been in the shop pretty much from the week after I purchased.
