We purchased the 370RLLO back in September, and so far it has been a pretty good unit. Typical issues with some loose trim, and cabinets opening during travel days. Came with the stackable washer and dryer and what a game changer that has been. They are a little cumbersome to get into because of the position in the cabinet, but they work great. Biggest problem that I have is the lack of storage in kitchen (mainly a pantry). Pulls really nice and doesn't beat you to death when pulling, can definitely see it coming from all angles. LOVES to eat propane in cold weather, and cools down pretty quick in warmer weather. I would suggest to Forest River that they ditch these GE units. Have recently found that the heat pump functions of them are useless under 40 degrees and they will lock themselves out under that temp. Also recommend that they go with a fireplace that has an adjustable temperature not just Low and High. We opted to ditch the King size bed for a Queen as it gives more room around the bed. Recommend to anyone looking at this rig to get on the roof and check that as well. I actually had to restretch mine during a road trip because it formed a bubble driving down the road. That was a huge pain. Unit has plenty of room however for 2 people and 2 medium size dogs. Support has been really good with solving issues that i couldn't figure out over the phone. Show less

Lock on front cubby was not installed but found under the floor mat. Tried to install but doesn't fit so cubby doesn't lock. The counters were not level and the gap between the stove and counters was over an inch. Dealer did install metal strips to cover up so food wouldn't fall between. No handrail so tried to install one on wall but the walls are foam and have no skeletal frame to connect to so had to install on steps going up to bedroom after the screw holes were covered back up. Drawers in bathroom and bedroom are so off kilter they don't shut evenly and always have a gap. The shower faucet wasn't tight behind the faucets and leaked behind the wall. removed faucet and tightened the fittings. The wires behind the wall for the hall lights had been cut, taped in the uncut place and therefore the lights didn't work until the wires were put together properly. Don't like the little refrigerator on the outside, would rather have that as storage space in the kitchen. The TV cable and plug in were never put in as it was omitted because of a design change so the dealer had to install one before delivery. The shades don't go up very easily and removal seems to be too difficult without destroying them. Something more permanent such as day/night shades of a better quality cloth. Do love the layout of this camper. We had a used1993 Coachman years ago. The quality of the 2024 compared to the 1993 is quite disappointing. The dealer was cooperative with most of the issues but most issues were taken care of by us as it sets on a permanent site and we don't have a vehicle to tow it back and forth 27 miles with every issue. Hope since the COVID ordeal is over the quality of ALL campers starts to go back to better quality. Show less

We have a 2022 Coachman Brookstone 344fl. We purchased it brand new in Sept 22. It is the worst RV we have ever owned!!! The fist week we had it the A/C stopped getting cold, then the Fridge freezes up causing the fridge to stop cooling, heater keeps blowing fuses, the lippard auto level keeps giving error codes and keeps malfunctioning, one of the slides keeps trying to go in crooked, last month we were driving and the front black& grey tanks were falling out, luckily we caught it when we stopped for the night and were able to go to a truckstop repair and have a cross bar put on until we can get it into a shop, the we got parked and a few days later we noticed the back black and grey tanks are starting to fall as well. Numerous other problems with the interior.....It is a HUGE PIECE OF JUNK!!!! Cannot Wait to get rid of this RV!!!! Never again will I own a Forest River Brand, were very Brand loyal, but never again!!! Show less

We purchased a Coachmen Brookstone 344 FL in May of 2020. This was our 5rh camper and our first new one. All of the others were Keystones and were purchased used. As of August 20, 2022, the Coachmen that we purchased new has been nothing but junk. The 4th time we used it the motor went out on the awning with the awning out. Contacted the dealership but the unit was already out of warranty. The leveling system stopped working correctly around month 14, they have a 1 year warranty. The Dometic mini fridge stopped working around month 20...1 year warranty. The only item that was repaired under warranty was the shower drain that leaked water all over the bathroom floor the 2nd time we used it. Luckily for us our 2nd use was within the 1st 12 months and even then I had to call Carolina RV several times to get them to get the coach and repair it. Once they finally did repair noone notified me. I had to keep calling to ask. The amount of problems that have arisen with this new coach are more than the total of issues I had with the previous 4 campers combined. Awesome floor plan but not worth the $87,000 they're asking for them. I sent an email to customer service 2 weeks ago giving them an opportunity to make some of it right but my email was ignored. Stay away from Coachmen unless you like working on a piece of $90,000 junk. Show less

Very Comfortable and spacious. Large refrigerator, tons of storage. Very cozy layout. Very comfortable bedroom layout and love the double vanity bath, enough room for everyone’s stuff. Pulled very nice, disc brakes are amazing! Very cold A/C and huge tanks. Show less

Very Spacious and dependable. No issues, lived in ours for 4 months and we were very comfortable for 2 adults, 2 kids and our dog. The A/C kept us cool in the summer and heat system was perfect in cooler months. The Generator was very nice to have when there was a power outage during a storm. The double vanity sinks are very nice to have with tons of counter space and storage. Highly recommend this floor plan. The residential fridge was like being in our kitchen at home. Tons of storage everywhere and love the half bath. Show less

We bought our 2020 Coachman (Forest River) new in the fall of 2019. The first time the water was hooked up the basement was flooded I found one water hose not hooked up and one hose with the clamp not tightened up. Other problems were. 1-Tv had a blue line down the center of it. Warranty covered it. 2-Kitchen faucet would not spray. warranty covered it. 3-Could see about 1/4 inch daylight between the wall and floor almost all the way around the camper. Warranty covered it. 4-A.C the first time camping would not cool, found the divider between the supply and return air came loose. Warranty covered it. 5-Outside rear panel paint was smudged. Warranty covered it. 6-I was taking a shower and the grey water tank fell out landing on the ground breaking several of the drain pipes and pulling the underbelly off. The factory did not install the metal straps under the tanks to support the weight. One year out of warranty. 7-The kitchen and bathroom floors have soft spots in the flooring. One year out of warranty. 8. Outside speakers did not work. Warranty covered it. 9. Thermostat quit working. Warranty covered it. 10. Wires underneath the camper were secured. 11. Popoff value on water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Out of warranty. The dealer has treated us very well and has done everything he can in a timely manner. From what I understand Coachman (Forrest River) does not have any quality control and as a result we will never buy another Coachman or anything with the Forest River name on it again. Show less

IN 2017, WE PURCHASED A COACHMAN BROOKSTONE 325RL 5TH WHEEL RV FROM FUNTOWN IN PURCELL, OK. LITTLE THINGS BEGAN GOING WRONG FROM THE START &WE PULLED IT BACK TO THE DEALER FOR REPAIRS. 1. BATHROOM FLOOR WAS SPONGY & FELT LIKE GOING TO FALL THROUGH IT-REMEDY-SHOWER DRAIN WAS NEVER TIGHTENED & WATER SATURATED THE FLOOR & RUINED IT. FLOOR & FLOORING HAD TO BE REPLACED. (DONE AT DEALER). 2. AUTO LEVELING HAS NEVER WORKED & BEEN TO THE DEALER 2 TIMES- REMEDY- ????????? 3. A/C -2 UNITS FOR TOTAL OF 30,000BTU FOR 38FT RV & DOESN'T KEEP UP. LOST 3-5 DEGREES THIS PAST WEEKEND AT 96 DEGREES & PARKED IN THE SHADE.- REMEDY-?????????? 4. FIREPLACE WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY- REMEDY- DEALER CONTACTED COMPANY & NEW FIREPLACE WAS INSTALLED BY DEALER. 5. UNDER STRUCTURE BY HITCH WAS FALLING DOWN- REMEDY- DEALER FIXED. 6. SHOWER DOOR HANDLE LOOSE- REMEDY- DEALER FIXED. 7. 1 WINDOW SHADE NOT ABLE TO PULL DOWN.- REMEDY- DEALER SAID FIXED, BUT NEVER FIXED & STILL WON'T GO DOWN. 8. PLUNGERS ON BED TO ALLOW TO GET TO STORAGE UNDER BED NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY & NOT ABLE TO USE STORAGE UNLESS 2 PEOPLE AVAILABLE- REMEDY-WE TOOK LOSE & INSTALLED PROPERLY & NOW 1 PERSON ABLE TO UTILIZE IT. 9. CLOTHES ROD WAS ONLY ATTACHED WITH SHORT SCREWS & SHORT STAPLES- REMEDY- PURCHASED LONGER SCREWS & DRILLED HOLES & FIXED IT. 10. HOT WATER HEATER WENT OUT -REMEDY- HAD REPAIRMAN TO CHECK IT OUT & WIRING WAS STRETCHED TOO TIGHT & CAUSED IT TO SHORT OUT.- REMEDY- REPAIRMAN FIXED. 11.REFRIGERATOR WENT OUT & HAD TO HAVE NEW COIL REPLACED- REMEDY- HAVE LOST APPROX $300.00 IN FOOD SPOILED. REMEDY - REPAIR MAN DEALT WITH WARRANTY. THE REPAIRMAN DEALT WITH WARRANTY COMPANY, BUT WE STILL HAD TO PAY $700 TO A HAVE REPLACED. IT IS STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY & CAN'T TRUST IT TO LEAVE THINGS TO SPOIL AGAIN. REMEDY???????????????? 12. NOW THIS PAST WEEKEND, THE BED HINGE SUPPORTS CAME LOOSE WHICH WERE ONLY ATTACHED WITH VERY SHORT STAPLES. REMEDY- WE WENT & BOUGHT SCREWS & TOOK THE BED FRAME APART & USED CLAMPS TO HOLD UP THE BOARDS & PUT IN LONG SCREWS TO HOLD IN PROPERLY. THIS TOOK APPROX 1 1/2 -2 HRS TO COMPLETE. WE PURCHASED THE 7YR EXTENDED WARRANTY, BUT IT DOESN'T COVER THE FULL PRICE OF THE REPAIRS THAT ARE NEEDED. THIS RV IS "VERY POOR QUALITY" AND WOULD NOT BE RECOMMENDED FOR PURCHASING. Show less

I buy and sell rvs and there is a diference in quality , some units are cardboard construction with staples and press board cabinets and no insulation to stay light for towing , and then there are units that are built like a house, bottom line is the diamond 367 is quality like a house and backed buy the manufacturer better than any builder I have ever met.
