Have had some issues with my air conditioning on my rv. Called them to come out and they were very professional and addressed all problems. They worked with me on a payment plan for the air conditioner since I didn't have the full price up front. We installed the air conditioner they recommended and it ended up not working correctly after a month and we had to call them back in. They didn't charge for the return visit and were able to diagnose the problem quickly. They had to call a new one in on warranty and it was installed as soon as it arrived at their shop. Everyone I have interacted with at that company has listened to the problems and have tried to address any loose ends. Would definitely recommend to others. And will definitely use again in the future. Show less

I wish I was able to rate 0 stars. Our travel trailer was stolen from their property and they don't even know when it happened??? Apparently there is a 5 day window of when it became missing. They refuse to provide us with their insurance information. We have time/date stamped photos of signage and now they try to post signs saying they are not responsible. Claim to have 22 plus cameras on the property but nothing was on video footage. They try to say another company, Rider, handles the cameras. Scam! We were told they would make it right and the only thing they have done is avoid us and not return calls or emails. Never use this company! Show less
