Ordered a new rv from couches in July of last year. Everything went well until they got my deposit . That's where things went down hill. I explained from the start that 3acs were a must on this unit because of the hot desert I live in and it said it came with 3acs on the website. The salesman in many email was asked if all 3were on it when it was done at the factory . They said we're working on it. Then he called to say it's ready to be shipped. I asked for pictures of the unit and the pics showed all slides in on the inside and the side picture of the fifth wheel. These pictures didn't show the top of the rv so I ask him to send a picture farther back because I needed to see if the ac's were all there. There were not 3 ac's so I asked what about the 3ac's I ordered this unit and I paid for 3. He then proceeded to curse at me on the phone and told me I need to learn how to read e mails because he told me they didn't have any and hung up on me. All I got was they were working on it last I heard. So they said they would deliver my unit to me without the ac. Then told me if I don't pick it up they will charge me storage everyday it's there or until spring when they expected the factory to send them one. Had I not said something my unit would have been incomplete. If I were you I would heed the warning stay away from Couches in Ohio unless you want to loose your deposit. It's non refundable. I've never been treated so bad or talked to by a salesman like that before. Totally unprofessional they don't care about the way they talk to their customers. The owner did nothing about it Show less
