You guys truly made this a great experience for me. Heather in sales really put forth the effort in answering many questions in regards to the toy hauler I purchased. I had many questions concerning the size to ensure my 'toys' would fit. Heather did an amazing, in-depth walk-through to ensure I understood how to use it. Frank made the buying experience fun and got me out the door efficiently. To make a very long story short, we purchased a 2023 Keystone Montana from Bankston in April of 2023. We paid $11,000 down on it and have paid the payment on time every time. The furnace in this RV has failed us multiple times and nearly froze us to death a couple of times. Bankston will not come out and work on it even because they don't have on site service guys. They fail to tell you that when you are signing the papers to buy one to live in for a couple of years. Even though we bought the most expensive extended warranty they had, we still had to get someone local to us to repair the furnace on 3-different occasions. Bankston pretty much lied to us when they said that the Montana is the best to live in year round. Well, when the furnace fails in 22 degree weather and they won't come fix it, I wanted to shove it somewhere. If you know what I mean. Show less
